I have loved being a member. There is a lot of support and love that goes into these book club meetings

What an amazing company, such a welcoming vibe and great friends made!

I’ve been a member of Chapter 25 for a year and a half now, and I absolutely love it. When I attended my first meeting, I didn’t know anyone, but everyone was so welcoming and friendly that I immediately felt comfortable.

The host is lovely and incredibly approachable. I also really appreciate the diverse range of books we read. Members get to vote on future genres and book selections, which means there’s always something new and interesting to look forward to.

One of the things that makes this book club stand out is the thoughtful discussion format. Each month, there are tailored questions based on that specific book, along with prompts on the tables to help get conversations flowing.

I would highly recommend Chapter 25 Book Club to anyone looking to meet new people, discover great books, and be part of a friendly and welcoming community.

I was really nervous going to my first meeting at Chapter 25 harrow. But I couldn't have had a better time. It is such a lovely group, so warm and welcoming I couldn't have asked for a better book club to join. It's a chance to read books you wouldn't normally pick up (in my case anyway) and have really great discussions with like minded people.

I’m absolutely loving this book club, there’s a great selection and variety of modern books, the venue is great, there’s so many additional extras to do online. The events are so well organised, comms are relevant annd timely and our host is so thoughtful, it’s been a pleasure hanging out and discussing books with such a lovely bunch of women!

The people are so friendly and I’ve ad so many great book recommendations since I started I don’t know how I will find time

This club is amazing it was a big step for me to go to newly divorced looking to find a way to make friends at chat to people about my love for books and expand the diversity of books I read. I felt instantly welcome everyone has been so nice. Our leader Bette is an absolute gem she is lovely and welcoming. Honestly I recommend this book club so much if you are thinking of taking the leap do it :)

I love the concept of this book group, the extra activities are brilliant and the author interviews are great!

It would be nice if there was more recognition like a book mark or bookish stickers for being a member for 6 months/ a year etc. Would be nice to have something to keep :)

With the monthly books chats I do find .people sit with the same people and can come across closed minded talking to others in the book group so more mingling is needed to prevent this from happening and getting a bit clicky.

I didn't realise how much I needed bookish interaction until I joined chapter 25.
Everyone was welcoming and I've made true friends from the club.
The "head office" do an amazing job at curating the books based on what each club votes for and they do so much leg work in the background to give us so much extra content like q&a sessions with Authors.
If you're debating joining your local club, do it! You definitely won't regret it.

A really inclusive and welcoming space to chat not just about the book of the month (although we do have lively debates), but other books and reading in general! Isobel is a fab host and makes sure everyone is included.

Best decision i ever made was to join Chapter 25! Its more than just a book club and all the members are so friendly. 💯❤️

A lovely club with a welcoming atmosphere and a really great host! Made some great friends here and I always look forward to book club meets.

Our feedback and concerns are taken seriously and resolved instantly, and the host is always there to answer questions or sort out book deliveries.

Once in a while we do a blind book swap which is a cherry on top 🩷

I really enjoy my Mondays at book club. It’s a nice environment and talking books with like minded people is so much fun.

It’s also opened up my eyes to other genres and I love the different types of books we are assigned each month.

I pay £10 a month for my subscription and think it’s absolutely worth it.

(4.5) I attend the Richmond group and enjoy it very much! Our host is great and very welcoming when you’re new, and everyone is friendly. The only thing that would push my review higher is having a bit more structure to the evening, but it’s still fun as it is!

I have been apart of the Wolverhampton club for over a year and I can honestly say it is one the best things I have done for my social life - my TBR on the other hand... ever growing book list. The organisation and members of the club are just incredible. Big love to Chapter 25!

I joined Chapter 25 in the hope of prioritising enjoying reading more, making some local friends and trying new books that I may have not ordinarily have read on my own. So far... every one of those boxes have been ticked! I love having a focused reading book each month, I love the variety and the monthly meetups are engaging, exciting and really enjoyable. Just what I wanted!

Amazing group! Lovely, welcoming and all round a great environment! I tell everyone to join. There's no pressure to read/finish the books, everyone is there just to have a good time.

I joined Chapter 25 Warrington Volume 1 when it launched back in 2024 and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve made some amazing friends, and the monthly book discussions are always a highlight. I’ve also loved the extra events, including author Q&As and the Galentine’s celebration. It’s a welcoming, friendly community that brings book lovers together.

I’ve been in a chapter now for six months. The coordinator is lovely and friendly, the group are pretty open to chatting about the book. However, the books chosen are sometimes hardbacks or paperbacks costing £9. I don’t like screens or audiobooks so I find it very annoying that books seem to be chosen without considering whether they are readily affordable or in the library. I’ve not been for a few months now as I’ve been on library waiting list. We pay £10 a month. I don’t think I should be struggling to get the book each time. Also why I see you do lots of online events, most people I met said they joined so they could make friends locally in person - surely that’s where you should be focusing money and efforts. The venue is free and I gather you dont pay the coordinators but your a for profit business. I will probably leave soon due to lack of help securing affordable book copies.
