Highly recommended

Second time of using Charlecote Estates for house surveys and both times have been very efficient. Great communication and survey report received very quickly following booked survey. Identified multiple issues with the property which weren’t previously known - able to get sorted ahead of completion!

Very good service.

I hired Charlecote Estates to carry out an L2 Survey on a property I intended to buy, and the service received was very good. The report was clear and detailed, highlighting the important things to be taken into account to make an informed decision.
