The Valuer was prompt and courteous and the report was available in 24 hours.
After going through the report I consider it a fair reflection of my property.

Excellent service. Prompt appointment. Thorough report back within 24 hours. Survey itself carried out very professionally with time for questions and advice. The only reason have not given 5 stars is that I am not in a position to pass comment on all report findings or recommendations until further surveys complete.

Brilliant service, James is thorough, efficient and the report detailed and easy to digest. We’ve used Charlecole Estates twice now over the years to survey two properties and on both occasions James has been readily available via phone and email to summarise the report and help with any questions. Charlecote Estates provided an in depth review of the property surveyed and highlighted the issues that came with the property to the extent where I have decided it might not be worth going through with the purchase. There were plenty of after survey questions which have been addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend the surveyor and may need another survey done on another property should I pull out of this one and find another one.

The survey itself was great. Really good level of detail and points to consider. Friendly service.
My only challenge was communication to arrange a date. May have just been holidays but was a bit of a challenge.

Comprehensive and informative, it provided a good basis for positive discussions with the owners last week. Content and recommendations agreed. Copied to our solicitor for information.

The sewage treatment plant is an anaerobic digester, not a septic tank; and requested comment on ground water flooding was not included, but discussed later by phone.

Suggested important inclusion is age of boiler in a 20 year old house. This was 6 year.

James is very professional and reliable, I have got a call from him at 6:30pm on the same day after the survey and clearly explained the problems and suggested actions, I called him again 2 weeks later for further questions and clarifications, he is still very patient and helpful to discuss.
