I purchased a table and unfortunately the table top was cracked- was more than a slight imperfection

CFW'S customer service has been amazing and I have been very impressed with the response times to my emails and how they have addressed the issue.

Once it was established that the item was faulty. which I provided photographic evidence, an agreeable solution was found.

I initially emailed CFW on Friday morning and by Saturday lunchtime it was all sorted. the biggest delay came from me in providing the photos as I was out at the time

I wish there was more companies with these values.

The desk arrived quickly but one of the sides was broken. I contacted them and I sent photos and they were really good and sent me a replacement very quickly so no complaints. These things happen and they just sorted it out👍.

You delivered my order when you said and there was no bs about it , as with other delivery companies they don’t do anything to help the costumer at all , also the delivery man was spot on just done his job no moaning, crying or making excuses and it was for that reason only

Ordered a rotary airer (£49.99) that arrived in opened packaging held together with black bin bags taped around it, and missing the cover that was part of the advertised product. I asked for a refund, as I'm entitled to for goods that aren't as described.

What followed was weeks of the seller disputing my consumer rights by email. They pointed to a website line about "excess stock or factory seconds" with "minor scratches or dents" to justify a missing component, offered to post the missing part instead of a refund, and insisted that if I wanted to reject the item I'd have to pay to return it myself. At no point would they arrange collection, despite the goods not being as described.

I only got my money back by raising a chargeback with my bank, which was upheld. If something goes wrong with your order, expect a long, exhausting argument rather than a straightforward resolution. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Update: I didn't keep the goods. I gave 30 days' written notice to collect and kept the item available for over two months. The seller arranged no collection, so it was disposed of.

Easy to order and quick delivery unfortunately I was a chair missing emailed to inform them answered back within 15 minutes sent photos of packages and what I had received my missing chair was delivered later in the day brilliant customer service and I love my dining set fantastic price and easy to assemble

First time I’ve bought anything from Cheap Furniture Warehouse. It won’t be the last. Couldn’t fault anything from the quality of the product, to the friendly customer service team and the prompt delivery.

Slight mark as noted but won't see it with a TV on the unit so happy with the cheaper price with delivery.

Purchased a 2 seater sofa and delivery was as expected. It's extremely comfortable and looks extremely stylish, very good value for money. The original delivery was missing the legs. However, upon contacting them they immediately rectified this and sent these through Fed Ex and they came within 2 days. Great service.

I bought a rug but the binding was missing in 2 parts about an inch long each Wich made the rug frayed in those places
Paid £31 wasn’t impressed
When I contacted them they said basically you get what you pay for and it does say there are possibly imperfections , I never read that.
