ordered a pink velvet ottoman from here which is exactly what it was advertised as, didnt say which shade of pink but the picture showed a dusty rose pink (darkish pink basically) when it arrived the box said blush pink, so i opened it and its a pale baby/barbie pink! COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to the picture. Trying to send it back and they're saying i have to pay delivery which costs over £50... the item cost me £90! So I absolutely will not be paying that delivery cost! Waiting for their response via email and if they dont sort it out, I will be taking it further.

I needed a parrasol/umbrella to go with my ratten garden furnitute which i recently purchased i didnt want to pay a fortune as i dont sit outside that much.i came across this site in my searches liked the price it was what i was looking for i was told in the descriptions that it may have a few inperfections i guess it must have been a return or just a b grade stock item.anyways it arrived on time on the day it should have.it did have a few scratches on the pole some of the stitching was a little loose but easily fixed,the wind handle to open and close the canopy is plastic which if used alot i think will wear out better if it was metal.all in all i am happy with what i got and what i paid for it.if you use your outside space alot in summer go for a more exspensive parrasol/umbrella if your looking for a if and when use go for this one.

Faulty item. They are completely uninterested when you contact them to resolve this and all they do is blame you.
Charge back with the bank has now been escalated. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as seems I am not the only one to experience this. They advertise the items as being in fully working order with slight imperfections that don't affect use. Which is totally untrue. Item was badly damaged and unfit for purpose.

Wardrobe set was badly damaged and I was told I had to pay to send it back I won't be buying from this company again the box was that old it was falling apart and being held together with tape buyers beware

Item was broken. Still waiting on part being sent and it’s been a week.

Has to be 5 star. Excellent service. Says seconds but this was brand new. Wrapped and no marks etc. As was expecting something for the price.

Your flat pack does not go with the instructions it'll cost money for a joiner to fix it .Not a good product more of a con.

Very straightforward….order online, couple of days later it turns up then build it using the clear instructions! 😀

Great price for a Minky electric clothes dryer + cover. In fact we ordered x2. The delivery times were ok, though it seemed slightly odd that the dryers arrived separately on successive days. Overall our experience with the company was excellent.

CFW'S customer service has been amazing and I have been very impressed with the response times to my emails and how they have addressed the issue.

Once it was established that the item was faulty. which I provided photographic evidence, an agreeable solution was found.

I initially emailed CFW on Friday morning and by Saturday lunchtime it was all sorted. the biggest delay came from me in providing the photos as I was out at the time

I wish there was more companies with these values.

The desk arrived quickly but one of the sides was broken. I contacted them and I sent photos and they were really good and sent me a replacement very quickly so no complaints. These things happen and they just sorted it out👍.

You delivered my order when you said and there was no bs about it , as with other delivery companies they don’t do anything to help the costumer at all , also the delivery man was spot on just done his job no moaning, crying or making excuses and it was for that reason only
