I was disappointed with the poorâŠ
I was disappointed with the poor quality of the product, some of it arrived damaged. Also the description is a bit misleading, you might get 12-15 chickens in the house but they will be very tight in there.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We always aim to provide clear descriptions and quality products, so it's disappointing to hear that we fell short in your case.
We did try to get in touch with you, but unfortunately, we didnât receive a response. If you're still open to resolving this, weâd be more than happy to helpâjust reach out to our customer service team and weâll do our best to make things right.
We also appreciate your comments about the sizing. While the house can accommodate up to 12-15 chickens, we understand it may feel a bit snug depending on the breed and how theyâre kept. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate this on our listings.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Chicken coop is great value for money
Chicken coop delivered very quickly and almost perfect. The wooden strap on one of the roof pieces had snapped off. I contacted Cocoon Chicken Coops and they dispatched a new part the same day, eggcellent service. Now very happy with the coop, great value for money.

Hi Leah,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience with the co-op. This is certainly not what we expect for our customers. If you can please contact us at sales@chickencoopsandhouses.co.uk, we'll do our best to resolve this for you quickly.
Not overly sturdy but looks cute!
The delivery arrived very quickly but I was a little disappointed when I recently put it together. A roosting bar is missing (there were two in the pictures), the roof was scratched and the roof lip was cracked. That said, itâs very cute looking but I am not sure how sturdy or wet weather proof it will be - time will tell!

Solid with a few quirks.
Solid with a few quirks.
One piece broken so had to glue it.
Instructions could be a bit clearer.
The gap around the door to the run could be smaller and if you need it secure, ditch the locks that come with it and use ones that take a padlock or similar.

Excellent service, happy hens
I ordered the ECO 8ft Raised Chicken Coop with Run on 18th March to replace my old coop which broke ( an entire wall collapsed!). I was so relieved that the new coop was delivered the next morning. By afternoon our five Pekin Bantams had a lovely new home. One hen Clemmie even laid her egg before we finishedâŠthankfully the nest box was in position and I was able to carry Clemmie into the prepared boxð

Well built chicken coop
Well built chicken coop, apart from a fracture in one of the glass door panels it was very easy to put together with well written instructions and different numbered / lettered packaging. The only negative was the advertisement of the chicken coop, it looks much larger in the picture which was a little disappointing. But overall the grandson is excited to have it ready for his rescue chicken on Saturday.

We hope your grandson and his rescue chicken love their new home! ðð If there's anything we can do to help, just let us know.
Total waste of money
I am sooooo disappointed with the quality of this hen house and run! Very flimsy...I hope you get to read my review before spending your money. I paid £334 for coop and run and was so upset with it's poor quality that I completely ditched it and started again. What a total waste of money! I tried to ring the company and I emailed...guess what? No reply. Avoid!!!

After seeing my review Cocoon contacted me...they listened to my concerns re the henhouse and a fair compromise was reached. Happily customer services were very willing to help me.

Easy to assemble, with just a screwdriver. One-person assembly, Although Iâd recommend a se one to hold the roof in place while you fix it.

Replacement chicken coop
The chicken coop was well packaged and arrived promptly with clear assembly instructions. However it is flimsy and I donât see it lasting that long compared to my previous coop. Delivery fab
Delivery fab, quality good. Easy to paint and assemble. However gaps between the two roof plates which will leak and hard to prevent a gap on the roosting box lid and the coop, which would drip and cause damp. We've added extra rubber strip to protect it.

However the coop will not fit my 5 bantam chickens when itâs states it would fit 8, will have to purchase a bigger coop once the chicks are older. Some screws missing, needs another latch to the roof on opposite side plus did not receive the ramp for the chickens to go up and down.

Great Hen House
Very pleased with the small chicken house & run that I ordered. Prompt delivery, clear instructions for putting together, good quality (especially for the price) and it looks great in my small garden. The only thing that could be improved would be to have a flashing above the egg box lid hinges, but thatâs a minor detail and I will make my own.
