The guidance and help of CityHomes was amazing!

Daniel and Gwen from Cityhomes have been a great help in finding us a home. They were very friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend this agency!

Cityhomes helped us with the rent of our apartment, and I can say they are great. Daniel followed us along all the procedure and did a great job both in communication and with all the procedure. Both Gwen and Daniel have been very helpful throughout the whole process of arranging an viewing, seeing the apartment, filling out the contract, receiving the key to the apartment and even extra things such as registering for utility services. I can highly recommend Cityhomes to anyone looking for renting an apartment in Amsterdam.

Communication not proactive and questions and demands on my part were met with an obvious reluctance. I had to repeatedly ask for up-dates and several questions took long to get answered. A serious mistake in the selection proces of the tenant on the part of cityhomes cost me more than a week's rent. I did not feel as if all my worries in finding a tenant were taken off my shoulders, which I did expect when I decided to hire an agency. I sincerely hope the management part of the deal will go better.

We had almost given up finding a new home for three students in Amsterdam, but then we met Gwen from Cityhomes and from there suddenly everything went very easy. With her help we have been able to rent an apartment within a week, so that the three students can start their studies with a roof over their heads. Thank you for the trust and the straightforward help.

Unprofessional and poor at managing customer expectations. On the day we moved into our new apartment we got a call from Cityhomes telling us they hadn't been able to arrange with it to be professionally cleaned which was extremely frustrating to find out. At numerous times before moving in we asked for it to be professionally cleaned and instead of being truthful and informing us that the cleaning company that they use weren't available they decided to tell us only a few hours before we were moving in. So what we thought would be a pleasant move turned into a stressful one where my husband and I had to reschedule the delivery of all our furniture and spend our first night cleaning the entire house. We were not compensated for this inconvenience!

I rented a property where Gwen was the agent for the owner. Although the owner was delightful to deal out, when I moved out, the apartment had not been cleaned to their standards. I had no issue with the assessment; I had the apartment cleaned the day before, but did not have the chance to inspect the cleaner's work. My issue was the tone and rudeness in Gwen's email to me and the insinuation she made that I did not have it cleaned. She then did not answer my email. A week later, when I emailed her again asking about the return of the fair amount of deposit and again she didn't answer. Finally, the owner answered himself.
