Everything went well at the beginning, this company helped to get the repairs done, and I was very happy with the progress and how fast everything went. Until I was owned a compensation which rightfully belongs to me. The company started ignoring ALL my attempts to get any information or updates, they never responded to ANY of my emails for more than 6-7 months now. I'm a single parent with a child with a disability, the repair needed to be done in my son's bedroom and the people I spoke with knew my situation and always made sure that everything was going to be fine. Then they disappeared when I was due to be paid the compensation.

What a great company,The company and specifically Andrew Kwan worked above and beyond to help resolve our case, We were kept informed regularly and we cannot heap enough praise on Andrew and Clear law.
