We have worked with Clerk.io for over 3 years now. Their service has always be faultless. The live chat is always answered quickly and the team are always friendly. I have worked closely with Fabio in Tech Support throughout 2021/22 on a range of items. His knowledge of the platform and friendly service over chat, on the phone and on video calls has been a breath of fresh air compared to many companies these day. They said they would give me a discount when I wanted to leave them to give it another try with their poor performing app so instead of the just over €200, I'd be charged €170 for a bit while I tried their suggestions. They took OVER €1700 out of my account! Stay away from them and don't authorise a direct debit

I must say that I am really impressed with the recruitment at Clerk. Majbrit reached out to me at Linkedin and what a kind, professional and exciting mail that was. I have had many job recruiters reaching out to me. And the mails always feel very standard and not very personal. This was different.
Thank you for a nice process and even though I did not get the job, Elina was vey kind and optimistic in the way she treated me.

We have always received immediate and in-depth support for Clerk usage in our Magento 2 store; from our account manager (Theo), as well as from the respective technical support people (Fabio and Oliver), and we are very satisfied.

Very satisfied, used the search function and sliders with good sales results. My contact Catrine Ella Falk was very helpful through our meetings and followed up with emails asking how my store was doing.

Clerk was just a bit expensive for me, therefore 4/5 stars :)

After some problems with describing the problems we had after switching to our new design, Fabio initiated a meeting where we talked through and solved all the problems we had. He will be our go to guys from now on!

Excellent support with an excellent plugin. Fabio is a one-man-show with the force of a team. There is no challenge too big for him. Plus, he's always friendly, always thinking with you to come up with a solution. This one's a keeper ;)
