It's a bit premature. I haven't received the product yet. Nor have I received notification that the product is on the way. I've used them in the past and they work fine (in the past), but they could be complete rubbish now - I wouldn't know. I. Don't Have. Them.

This is absolute rubbish, plants sprout but never grow beyond a point. I've tried many different plants and tried planting them at different times of the year but results are always disappointing. I've tried topping up with hydroponic fertilizers and without but this never works. Absolute waste of money, stay away!

We are very happy with the device. Basil and parsley grew very well. It didn't go so well with the strawberries. We ended up planting them in the garden, where they grew well. We currently have pak choi, which sprouted very quickly and is growing well. The price of the plants is high.

Very quick delivery for the garden it self three month ago as for the tools kit recently.
It's really fun to see salat and tomatos grow and grow...

I love my little unit so far.
However, it doesn’t turn on when plugged in without some jiggling.
I haven’t reported this problem yet so I can’t report on their response.

Poor customer service. pay attention to customers order prior to shipping, people won’t be sending messages unless its important.

We purchased the smart garden 27 and started the pods on Jan 3rd we were eating lettuce by the end of the month. There was only 1 pod out of 27 that didn't come up. We're still enjoying the herbs and my tomato plants are in bloom and loaded with little tomatoes. I've since repotted the lettuces and all coming up beautifully. Love that we can have fresh vegetables in the middle of our Canadian winters

Absolutely love this. The first little seedlings of the year always mean the end of the winter slump for me. This allows me to pull that joy into the depth of winter. Watching the little plants sprout and thrive (rather than turn all horrible and leggy) has been a highlight of the last few weeks. Being able to control the start time of the Pro version means you can use it as a light alarm clock too.

Ive bought a click&grown 3. Unfortunatly one of the pods did not sprout even tough the other two were beautiful and enoumous plants.
I filled the warranty form for the plants and not even 5 minutes passed I had a reply.
Not only they sent me another 3 pack of the plant that did not sprout but another 3 pack of another.
Now thats amazing customer support. I AM VERY HAPPY!!

I purchased a Click & Grow hydroponic unit at the end of November, eager to start my indoor gardening journey. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most frustrating and distressing experiences I've had with any product.

Initial Problems:
Right after planting the pods, I noticed mold growing on the soil in each pod. I reached out to Click & Grow's customer support, hoping for a solution. The response was somewhat dismissive, explaining that the presence of mold was due to the lack of fungicides in their soil, which they claim is beneficial but clearly introduces its own set of issues. While they provided tips on how to manage mold, these did little to alleviate the situation.

The Infestation:
The situation escalated when, a few weeks later, my home was overrun by thousands of fungus gnats. This wasn't a minor inconvenience; it was a full-blown infestation. My ceilings were covered, and my home became a battleground to manage these pests. Despite following the advice from Click & Grow's initial response about managing mold and maintaining the right environment, the problem only worsened.

Customer Service Response:
Upon contacting Click & Grow again with photos of the infestation, their response was to offer replacement pods. This felt inadequate for the scale of the problem I was facing. They suggested cleaning and disinfecting the unit and waiting for three weeks before using it again, but by this point, I had lost all trust in the product. Offering new pods when the root cause wasn't addressed seemed like a superficial solution to a profound issue.

Product Quality and Design:
Soil Quality: The soil, while "clean" and free from harmful chemicals, appears to be too conducive for mold and pests without any countermeasures.
Unit Design: The design might not be conducive to preventing mold in varying home environments, despite the instructions provided.

Conclusion:
I am deeply disappointed with Click & Grow. The experience has been far from the pleasant, easy gardening they advertise. Instead, it has led to significant distress, time, and effort to manage an unexpected pest infestation. I've stored away my Click & Grow unit with no intention of using it again, as I'm now wary of repeating this ordeal.

I would caution potential buyers to consider the risks of mold and pests, especially if you're not prepared for the additional maintenance and potential pest control measures. My advice would be to look for alternatives unless Click & Grow significantly improves their product or offers more robust solutions to these issues.

A waste of money. I was so excited at the prospect of easy to grow year-round fresh basil, coriander, etc. The reality is that the yield is so small that I can get it cheaper at my local store.

I was so ready to love this. And yes, i had 1 crop of basil do well... but of the 8 different expensive packs of plants i bought - 6 (each with 3 pods) of them are just mouldy and nasty, and have never sprouted. This is clearly a scam. On amazon - there is no option to get a refund on a product without returning. Click & Grown have said bellow that i can return. This is a lie. I bought with amazon and there is no way to reach them directly. Total scam... stay away. Just more plastic junk for landfill.

I’m not sure where to begin. My children bought for me a click and grow garden for Xmas. This has been so much fun for me. Obviously, most “gardeners” anxiously look at their growing efforts daily, but with the system I have, my plants grow over night. Literally. I have made 2 salads already with the lettuce (planted on Boxing Day) and my tomatoes are inches high. Even my basil, after what I thought was a slow start, they too are ready to be picked. With my extra tomatoes that came up, I transferred them to their own little seedling discs and placed them right up against my click and grow. Brilliant idea as they too benefit from the LED lighting. If all continues well, I should have 24 mini tomato plants to share with my friends and family. AWESOME product!!!

I chose to have only herbs and it is simply great to always have fresh basil or parsley the whole year. I really love it

Since I've discovered Click & Grow gardens, I can't live without it!
I've never been able to grow anything, and now I have a constant supply of herbs, vegetables and I have even grown my own lemon tree!
Next I'll try growing an apple tree. Really recommended for non gardeners like me that would love to grow their own.

My son and daughter-in-law gifted me a nine-unit Click and Grow a couple of years ago which arrived in the depths of winter and really cheered me up. Since then, I have used it mostly for fresh herbs in the winter and for starting greens and herbs for transplanting into the garden in the spring. It's been fantastic for both! This year I'm going to grow some Alyssum for fragrance in addition to mostly Basil and Thyme for cooking. I'm looking forward to seeing how the flowers do.

I purchased the first system couple of years ago. I then built up to 3 on a shelf. I have had varying degrees of success. I think about 80% of the time all the pods grow from one packet. The vegetables such as green lettuce, chard and kale are always good and tasty. Tomatoes and chilli’s often slow to get started and work better moving onto alternative pots. Red lettuce can often be hit and miss whether it shoots. The flowers are brilliant and a great way to start them off for summer bedding. Rosemary and mint are great herbs and always successful. Watering is easy. Now my bases are attached to a shelf, not easy to clean without undoing all the cabling. Would help if there was some sort of tap on the side to empty old water away.
Downside for me: not a lot of new ideas for flowers and vegetables coming through in the shop. Would like to see many new flowers for the summer bedding plants. Also some products work out quite expensive to grow this way, but then I do get fresh food all year round instead of just seasonally.

Disappointing Experience with Click and Grow
I placed an order with Click and Grow, and the shipping process has been a nightmare. Although the order was shipped in two parts, I only received tracking information for one package. The tracking indicated everything was in one box, but the box was clearly too small to contain all the items I ordered.

The worst part? There is no way to reach customer service. The phone number online doesn’t work, they don't have one on their webiste and every email I’ve sent has only received an automated reply. There’s been no real communication from the company, and I still haven’t received the rest of my order.

I was excited about their product, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. A functioning customer service system and better communication would go a long way in restoring trust. Until then, I cannot recommend this company.

Clever idea but too expensive as approx a third of what I have bought has failed to grow. Not very impressed.

This is my last attempt to grow herbs. The last two batches were destroyed by aphids. Tried all sorts of non toxic sprays, washing etc, a lot of extra work and sadly no luck.

I’ve chosen to add lavender this time in the hope it makes a difference. If not click & grow will have been a very expensive journey to not much reward. Would have been a fraction of the price to just get fresh herbs from the supermarket as needed.

Sorry not the most positive review, I really wanted this to work.
