My order did not arrive yet!

I previously had a different brand of garden and while it grew, the amount of output and the mess was not worth the effort. I am now on my third grow round with Click & Grow and I am excited. We have gotten great output from our plants and in quantities that are practical to actually use for meals. And everything actually has flavor! And cleaning the garden for the next grow is so easy. Love it!

Pods became 2x more expensive in the last 1,5 years but quality dropped.
I’ve bought a new nine pack of wild strawberry, and only 3 of 9 actually grows. 6 have no seeds inside, i’m pretty sure they fell off in the delivery, because for the first time ever i had garbage inside the pack.

Was pleased for last year, but now the quality and usability is kinda wasting your time.

I bought the smallest 3 pod version...I was quite impressed so I bought another 3 pod model,...hmm...I have a large allotment but wanted a simple clean no mess method of growing some kind of pick & grow salad leaves,...the lights are quite bright particularly when starting off the seedlings so i keep one 3 pod model behind the sofa to act as an attractive back light,....the other 3 pod model i keep on the kitchen work top with the maturing salad leaves which absorb the bright lights,...the great thing about this system is its...clean....simple....no mess.....watering is simple and no mess,...each of these small models only use 8 watts of electricity,...now the growing pods are pricey but I've selected basil so I can crop individual leaves over a longer period of time,...the model looks very smart..very well thought out and a credit to it's Estonian inventor......steve

Customer service was good. Things grow ok but I find it too expensive for the pods. An organic head of lettuce is cheaper. So that said after me spending two thousand dollars for two large units I feel I have to keep it going. I wish the grow you own pods were cheaper but I believe it is still like 3.50 for an empty pod and they don’t grow all that large even with their lettuce pods. My Aerogarden creates giant heads of lettuce. So a bit disappointed in the price for sure. Lower the price I would say. So overall a disappointment. I have also had many pods that never worked. Lots of them actually.

I live in a flat without easy access to a garden but thanks to Click & Grow I now have a garden in my kitchen!
I’ve grown and harvested thyme, tomatoes, strawberries and parsley. All so tasty and no plastics!
My next crops are going to be more tomatoes and strawberries, peas and chillies.
The design of the garden and pods are great and I love the wee tips I get from the app. Thank you!

The device is really fun and satisfying for a noob with no green fingers like me. Really nice to see all the salad leafs and herbs grow .....

Also had some non sprouted pods....which were replaced with almost no question asked! Nice! thats what i call Customer Care! Thanks.

Because of some pods not growing. I think i have let them wait in the drawer 2 years too long. But got great help nonetheless! I received free pods to my choice and they are now coming up :)
They have exceeded my expectations 10fold. Great company!

It was discount on pods online,so I purchased them a lot herbs,tamatoes,etc And what was disappointment in this company,maybe 50-60% of pods grew up,others was with no seeds or with dead seeds,never grow up anything.Dont trust. And yes I
Wouldn't like to spent few of my precious time to pack shifty pods back,send them back and wait for replacment)))

Unfortunately, the Apple Mint hasn't grown at all, so of the nine plants I got with the Smart Garden, only six have grown.

38 Days in and I’ve learned a lot about home hydroponics. The Click and Grow system doesn’t really qualify as hydroponics in my opinion. With no circulation pump, it’s really a well engineered water release system for the nutrient filed seed pods. The benefit with hydroponics is usually speed and the Click and Grow is much slower than my 2 other systems. The other problem is that with the slow signs of life, you really don’t know how to time your “crop” because while I wanted a couple tomato plants and and a couple pepper plants to come up at the same time, I’ll only have one of each. My family dinner (in 100 more days) will likely have to be a tasting menu as I won’t have enough tomato’s or pepper “fruiting”. Also of note is that when you get a box with 3 seperate types of seeds, those pods are rife with cross contamination (or miss-packing). I wasn’t really interested in the wild strawberry pod but because one of the pods in the “tomato” section is producing strawberries, I’ve got over 20% of my sections devoted to an experiment. By the time I knew it was too late (unless I wanted to waste a pod and start again). Overall it’s a fun comparison at least, and I’m hoping the cup designed to restrict root growth yeilding more compact basil, tomato and pepper plants. I’ll need to wait about 4 more months to confirm.

I received mine as a gift and I love it! It perks things up in the winter when you have fresh herbs!

I like how easy gardening became, but my pois somehow are never as big or as productive as on the pictures

The product is a disaster. Even their model is flawed. They should have adapted a model of guiding the customer about planting seeds with their product instead of selling pods which are usually dead itself.

I tried 4 pods and none of them grown an inch for like three weeks with constant bright light.

They should recheck their strategy or soon will go bankrupt.

Amazing! I love this company’s values, and even their after customer care is top notch, they resolve any doubt or issue in a very rapid manner.
I highly recommend their products.
