I bought mizuna and petunia seeds. I started 2 pods of each. The mizuna is doing well (several little stems about 1” high) but the petunias are not. There is 1 tiny seedling in one pod. There had been 1 tiny seedling in the other pod, but it has died. They’re nit too wet and I have the plastic domes on the petunias to increase humidity. If I don’t get any petunias will you send me a different flower 3-pack for free? All planted September 19.

I really like the idea of growing plants and herbs inside. I am enjoying my C&G, but I would like far more guidance on how to cull seedlings; how to prune effectively; and how to maximize the growing period of each plant. I think if I knew how to prune better, I would have more luscious and productive plants.

I've had the smart garden 9 for a few years now and really like it but don't be fooled by their so-called deals. For example the smart garden 27 with a stand is not much cheaper than buying everything individually. They're charging £300+ for a stand. It's stopping me upgrading

On a negative side I've had quite a number of pots with no seeds from any plant in its group. I stick to green lettuce, tomato, basil, thyme, rosemary, catnip, mint, lavender, coriander and the flowers do ok too

I had quite a few failed attempts; the rosemary, arugula n lettuce couldn't germinate. I was on the verge of giving up. The C&G team was kind enough to give me advice on what I could grow as my balcony temperature always hovers around 31°C. It also sent me chillie peppers n cherry tomatoes to try again; that I appreciate.
It's pretty boring if I have to grow only chillies, basil n cherry tomatoes all the time due to our hot weather.
I do regret buying the expensive C&G 9 cos I can easily grow these plants in pots along the corridor of my apartment.
What else can I grow? Please advice.

Meningsløs app, og konsept. Noen av poddene vokser ikke i det hele tatt, og en skulle tro at appen hadde en form for funksjon ovenfor plantene. Det har den ikke. Spar deg pengene for denne. Pent design og kul på benken.

Very kind, very Quick, perfect

I have 5 gardens 3 x 9 and 2 x 3. The gardens are great, easy to use and setup. Unfortunately the seed pods are really hit and miss when it comes to germination. Around 60% of the pods germinate, I have tried, salad, toms, coriander, sage, basil chilli peppers and parsley. All with the same rate of germination. There is little point trying to trying to use the pod guarantee as Customer Service is terrible! It will take a long time along with photo evidence of room temperature etc. to maybe, get sent a replacement. If you can be bothered wasting an hour or so for a £1 pod. As Click and Grow has no phone number & you have to contact via bot. I will use up my remaining pods and supplement the duff ones with my own seeds. After that, I imagine these will end up on eBay. If you want to grow indoors. Then I would recommend Mother Life plantspectrum lights, some self watering & standard pots & a couple of packs of seeds. It’s a pity a good idea is let down by its Customer Service & poor quality pods.

Half the pods dont grow. When you complain to click n grow, their process takes about 30 minutes to fill out form. KEEP PHOTOS OF THE PODS FAILURES. Way too Expensive. The fact you can't even grow your own pods (as they claim) is not helping the idea of food security.

When I first purchased my Click and Grow gardens, every single pod purchased would sprout. For the past 4 months, only about 50% of the 9-packs sprout and only 2 pods out of the 3-packs sprout.

I'm uncertain if this is just poor quality control or they switched their pod suppliers. Either way, I don't want to pay for product not received. So I cancelled my subscription and may stop buying seeded pods from them altogether.

The growing gardens work excellent though, and I have no complaints about those.

Useless. Pricey ****. Do yourself a favour and just buy pots, soil and seeds. That is all you need. This thingy looks ridiculous and it's totally unnecessary.

Les plans de framboises ne sont pas tous fertiles (moins de 50%) et ils prennent une éternité pour fournir des framboises. Pas un très bon choix. Les plans de salades sont merveilleux!

So far, so good, basil 1½ inch high after only 12 days, looks fresh and green. Very easy to set up and use.

We have had 3 smart gardens for some time. We recently decided to sign up to the pod subscription for our regular favourites. After 3 of them failed to grown anything I decided to contact customer service. That’s when I discovered they don’t so much care about their customers. Unfortunately what we thought was a good trustworthy brands isn’t at all… its all marketing

Helpful customer service. Not only solved the problem, but also provided other suggestions to support the plant's growth

Found it a little too expensive

I have loved growing my plants over the winter. I was disappointed in the miniature tomatoes though. Although fun to watch grow, the most I had grow to maturity were 3 tomatoes. I plan on repotting my last pod into a deck planter and see how much better I can get the plant to grow. The parsley and basil did reasonable well and lasted the full time. BUT none of the plants exceeded 6 inches in height.

I ordered the 3-tier "The Smart Garden 27" and everything from the flavour of the vegetables to the care they took in designing the packaging and build quality was exceptional. Shipping was a week earlier than estimated, easier assembly than IKEA and plug-and-play growing.

While some of my plants have grown successfully, two (my rosemary and thyme) have not, despite planting several pods. I'm pretty sure the lots are defective, and I've asked multiple times for support in exchanging them.

Customer service has been nothing short of terrible. There's no live chat option or phone number; all responses through chat take 24+ hours to get a response. Having spent $300+ on my garden and pods, and $40+ on two nine-packs (one rosemary, one thyme), it's insulting to be offered one 3-pack as a replacement (one TOTAL 3-pack, not even one for each herb that's not grown).

I would absolutely not recommend Click and Grow. It's expensive for what it is, and customer service is terrible.
