I love my click and grow- it's easy to use, clean and works well. My only request is that the app doe snot allow me to enter in my own plant types/names- I can only search for the pre-seeded options provided by Click & Grow.

Stay away from them. The garden is full of mold and the company claims it as normal and dies not offer any refund. Their refund policy is the worst I have seen. Once you open the package you cannot give it back. If you want a garden of mold buy it. If not stay away!!!

Product itself works well and does the job (pods a little expensive though).

The issue I have is with their chosen courier for Sweden (and partly with customer service). They use GLS with no option to change, and I did not get any notifications at all when items have been delivered. And when I check the tracking link provided by Click & Grow, there is absolutely no info at all about WHERE the item has been delivered. It just said "PaketShop" which does not exist anywhere in Sweden.

I'm not alone in this - there are many complaints about GLS as a courier, so it would be better if Click & Grow offered alternatives such as DHL or UPS. Neither of those are perfect either, but they at least have proper tracking and let you know where the parcel has been delivered!

Customer service also struggled and too a long time to find out where my parcel was delivered to.

So generally ok, but delivery to Europe needs work. until that changes I won't place any more orders (even though I want to).

Really simple to manage. I now own 2 (the smaller version and the 9 pods one) and i like very much. It runs on its own and all i have to do is water it once in a few moons. Ive grown basil, lettuce and tomatoes and its fresh. The timers are a big plus if you intend to put it in your room.

Estamos a adorar a experiência, algo que ganhou atenção diariamente por toda a família. Tenho apenas a reportar que a embalagem que vem na caixa "grow anithing" não cresceu nada. Os meus parabéns á click and grow. Recomendo esta experiência.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but this time I need to keep my fingers crossed I think.
Some trays were packed upside down which meant that when the lids were peeled off, the contents were stuck to the adhesive. Hopefully it was the growing compound rather than seeds but we’ll have to wait and see what (if anything) grows…

I am very disappointed because the parcel didn‘t arrive until now. It was sent back by the postage and I don’t know why. The money wasn‘t sent back until now.
I am really sad about that. What’s your idea making it better?

I ordered 3 products was sent two and one I didn’t order??? Why

It's a great idea, I have two click and grows and have had multiple times that insects have been coming from the pods about 9 ants so far that I have found and the last batch an entire nest of spiders. That I am still working on getting rid off. Tried to talk from anyone from click and grow but nothing so far. Not sure where these insect are from that's the issue. No response from the company. It works alright not big yields diy yourself I am having a lot better luck.

When I chated, I was rated to buy a new led-lamp instead of buying the whole device.
As my order never arrived, I told Click &collect who sent me quickly a new packet.

What a great idea to start seeds, grow vegetables and flowers! Now that lettuce prices are through the roof you can have a continuous supply of fresh lettuce type of your choice. Bought one for the mother-in-law for Christmas.

I would like to know why one can’t seem to find where to send an email address to contact the customer service?

I purchased two 3 part growers a few weeks apart.
Watching the sprouts come up is FUN,
Easy to use! Educational for children!
The variety of plants is WONDERFUL.
There is only 1 problem, I planted 1 mini tomato when I first purchased it weeks ago. This DID NOT GROW AT ALL even though the 2 other plants = lettuces are doing GREAT. WHAT DO I DO WITH IT?

Love these. Second unit bought as a gift. Have grown herbs and peppers and now moving on to flowers. Great for a home office!

Livraison à une autre résidence que la mienne... les plants sont restés au grand froid pendant deux jours. La compagnie me répond que ça ne pose aucun problème car j'aurai quand même des fines herbes. Comme j'en ai commandé pour six mois, je suis coincée. Les plants ne produisent pas toujours des herbes... probablement parce qu'ils ne sont pas conservés à l'entrepôt dans des conditions optimales. Bref c'est une perte d'argent et de temps!

My recent delivery was fast. I have been using click and grow for nearly two years. My last crop was not successful - - Alot of mould so hopefully my new pods will grow. My chilli plant grew but no chilli's just leaves. Trying flowers this time around

I bought the clickandgrow last year (2021) and was happy with my experience. In November 2022 I bought new plant pod (Green Lettuce and Red Romaine Lettuce) and only two of three are growing (Red romaine lettuce is not working, a layer of mould has been appeared).
