every time i plant a pod i get beautifull resisten plants

I should have read reveiws before I order!!!
DON'T BUY DON'T BUY DON'T BUY, OVER PRICED, IT'S JUT NOT WORTH AT ALL.

Easier to order, very complex system to return. Don’t buy if you are average at IT. This company show no tel, return address.

No matter how many they managed to sell, I will never buy from them again.
THE REASONS DON’T BUY. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO REGRET:
1. Return is very complicated. They don’t deal with return personally. It took me 3 days, but didn’t achieve, till my friend came to help me. This company is not a scam, but lack of customers focusses. When you need to return it will be very frustrating and make your life muddle as the return system is very complex. NOT EASY.
2. Overpriced and information is not clear on advert: I ordered Holy basil: The photo shown plants, I thought there were 3 plants in each pot as stated on the advert but I received 3 seeds of holy basil in each tiny box for £6.50 which you can buy 100 seeds from Amazon for £1.99 free delivery.
3. You can do research yourself how to plant each vegetable, no need to rely on Click & Grow with endless explanation and no matter how confident they are. They are good at writing, but doesn’t fit to many of us. It won’t work and does not work for your needs.
4. No matter how they offer, the only word I can say, if you don’t want to get mental, DON’T BUY FROM THEM. VERY COMPLICATED TO RETURN. PLEASE REMEMBER, THEY DON’T OFFER TEL TO CONTACT. The law should enforce all online business must provide Tel, address, return address, return slip enclosed in the parcel.
5. They stated on a reply: “…Our whole team works every day to help people connect with nature….” No tel. I can't call for help to return. It took me 3 days for Maria customer service to reply but just like a robot reply. What an easy customer service job at Click & Grow.
6. BAD customer service, good website attract customers to buy. It a real HARD when return. Now I am so pleased that my friend helped me to get over with the return slip. I even choose to drop of myself to make sure this overpriced parcel will need to be returned.

The delivery charge is still too high and the threshold for free delivery also too high. I have had plant failures on an increasing level too.

25Sep22 till today, planted coriander and green lettuce, none have sprouted/germinated.
Not sure why. Still waiting.

I think overall is a great and unique experience. I am a person that cooks very often, using herbs like oregano parsley, dill, basil and rosemary, is such a great pleasure to see then growing and lasting for such a long time the only think I am not very happy with is the shipping cost that sometimes you might think twice before place an order even for one 3 pack capsules.

Click and grow is by far the easiest indoor grow garden I have used. The quality of the lights is what impressed me the most. That and how hands off the growing process was. It's a beautiful design and I'm continously impressed with it's productivity and output.

Would you like to grow your own herbs, vegetables and fruit at home? Then the Click & Grow Smart Garden system is highly recommended. Thanks to the smart plant capsules, you can grow your plants in no time without knowledge of gardenings. Plug in the plug, fill the water tank and the plants will automatically receive the right amount of water. Thanks to the bright white-pink LED lighting, the plant grows well, sturdy and remains compact, even in places where it is dark.

The Click & Grow Smart Gardens have a luxurious, sleek and neatly finished design. Although the cultivation box mainly consists of plastic, the Smart Garden feels sturdy and premium.

The Click & Grow app gives you extra information about the plants and helps you with the care. The PRO version is equipped with bluetooth, but is limited to setting the light schedule. Unfortunately, it often loses connection and the lights no longer turn on according to the schedule. So a version without Bluetooth and a simple smart socket with a timetable is better.

The Plant Pods are not cheap, but they do offer a growth guarantee and are equipped with premium seeds without pesticides or harmful substances. Because the Pods are mainly for sale in their webshop, they are quite price (despite the many offers). You also have to pay expensive shipping, because free is only from € 200. For regular customers, free shipping should be the norm.

I have had my click and grow for 13 months now and I am obsessed. I love growing lettuce and basil in my click and grow and from spring through the end of summer I use my click and grow to germinate and start seeds that I bring outdoors! It was such a big help for my outdoor garden season this year! Looking forward to getting new seeds for the upcoming winter months. I absolutely love having non-GMO, delicious, healthy produce grown in my house! I honestly can’t say enough good things about it.

Definitely easy to use. The plants grow and you don’t need to be an expert!

I bought my first Click & Grow a few years ago and purchased another earlier this year. They are my favorite indoor garden setups because they are silent, not overly bright, have attractive styling, work well, stay cleaner than other options (and are easy to put through the dishwasher) and you don't have to add fertilizer every two weeks. Highly recommended!

My kids love to help putting the pods in, watching them grow and harvesting. Some of our favorite things to grow are lettuce, basil, cherry tomatoes and strawberries! You just can’t beat having fresh ingredients on hand!

I use the click-and-grow system for my small animals over winter since we cannot grow veggies outside year-long in Canada! Every pod I've used has fully developed, and my animals and I have loved eating homegrown food! It's also very convenient for anyone who doesn't get a lot of sunlight in their home so they can be grown virtually anywhere!

I have this system to grow veggies to cook and to feed my bunnies. It’s super easy to set up and it’s environmentally friendly. Can’t say anything bad about it. Absolutely love it!

I absolutely love using the click and grow to grow different types of plants in it. I would say the herbs and tomatoes are best best bang for your buck but it's always extra fun to try the cool stuff like bell peppers and strawberries!

I first heard about Click & Grow from a friend who received one as a gift, and after seeing the lettuce and herbs she was growing on a kitchen counter I had to have one. After starting with a Pro9 and just loving having fresh herbs and lettuces at hand - plus the fun of watching them grow, I began to fill the corner of my home office with more and more of the units! Now there's 2x Smart Garden 27s, along with the original Pro9, another Smart Garden 9, and an adorable little Smart Garden 3 which is growing tiny wild strawberries. They are extremely easy to set up and now for well over a year and a half I've been enjoying seeing the growing plants daily. A real treat was coming home from being away for two weeks and being greeted by a fresh smelling home with ready-to-eat fresh greens! I accomplished this with just a little bit of strategic timing. I also found that the mold issue can be prevented by covering the small part of soil that the plant is not directly sprouting from with a small piece of tape placed across the plant cover.

If I had more room, I'd probably add even more of the Click & Grow Smart Gardens! Though being able to grow 75 individual plants in the corner of my small office is just incredible. It's a small escape to go over there on breaks throughout the day.

I've been using C&G for more than a year now, and so far my experience has been great! Yes, sometimes you do get issues with your pods like they don't germinate sometimes, but their customer support is superb and was able to give me replacement pods ASAP free of charge! They socialize a lot with their customers, help them in forums in social media, and their promos are absolutely great.

I own two C&G 3s and 1 C&G 9 and all of them are very easy to use. They have automatic timers that turn off the light every 16 hours, the arms are adjustable, and there are instructions on their platforms on how to thoroughly clean their gardens.

Growing with them has boosted my confidence to grow more plants - even outside their indoor garden units - and although I am still struggling with keeping a few plants alive, I am not an expert and I am continuously learning. I love how C&G is helping me out in my journey to learning more about growing plants whether it is assisted thru their gardens or not.
