I was seen quickly for a suspected eye problem, diagnosed and reassured. Excellent service all round.

Awful service, they messed up my eye.

I visited Clinica for removal of a Chalazion cyst, an unpleasant procedure and not one I was looking forward to. Jane was utterly comforting in both explaining the procedure in detail and then carrying out the surgery quickly and effectively. I was looked after by a nurse who offered a high level of care and human kindness that helped me through my anxiety. I can’t thank Jane and her team enough.

I would leave 10 stars if I could, the staff here are very polite, friendly and helpful, the consultants were very detailed and precise. We got my eye fixed and had a giggle on the way. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent practise, top rate consultant with very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, feel safe and confident during my consultation.

Outstanding care from the minute you arrive, from the welcoming reception staff especially the kind man who helped my husband when he came to pick me up. To Emmanuelle who look after me the whole time I was there, he was friendly and treated me with such dignity. To Jane Olver who performed my DCR procedure with such expertise and the lovely anesthetist. To Sonia in recovery who did not leave my side and was so caring and reassuring and warm. To the lovely catering man who provided me with coffee, water and a freshly made tuna sandwich. My experience was excellent and to Sophie the secretary who kept me informed about everything at all times and went out of her way to accommodate all my questions and queries.

My consultation at Clinica London filled me with confidence that my eye problems were fully understood and the necessary procedures to remedy them are being taken by very qualified personnel.

Jaheed is a great guy and thoroughly explained the situation with my eyes being insulin dependent diabetic. The team and Jaheed were extremely professional and completed my Lucentis injections on both eyes with no problems.

I have seen various doctors from both the NHS and privately and have to say Dr Naz Raof has been amazing! Most of the doctors I've seen have been very dismissive, rushed and evasive when it comes to questioning.

The service was excellent at Clinica London and the Dr I saw was very polite, understanding and professional. In the presence of Dr Naz Roaf I felt I was finally in the right place after years of ongoing appointments.

I look forward to seeing her again and know I'm in the right hands with her.

Everyone I met was very efficient and friendly and made my visit feel very good .

I attended the clinic during the height of the Covid lockdown. The attention to covid safe requirements was well orchastated and I felt safe.
The consideration by the medical staff were sympathetic to the stresses involved.

I can honestly say I have been truly delighted with the professionalism, kindness and care I have received on my visits to have biopsy’s done and subsequent follow up with Naz Raoof. I would also like to thank particularly Jane Oliver who did the biopsy’s on me for her sheer skill and kindness to me plus her team who assisted her . Infact eveyone at Clinica London who I have interacted with has been absolutely brilliant and that includes Sophie . I am truly thankfull and grateful.

Very disappointed with the visit I had with the doctor concerned. She didn't have enough time to examine me properly. In and out in ten minutes or so. With no proper diagnosis. I insisted to have blood test and nothing else.

The next day I was taken as an emergency to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital with very high BP 192/124 with sever rashes. I had to be given IV with steroids and pain killers.

I have since seen another Dermatologist ( Robin Russell Jones ) in Cromwell hospital who is planning to do a biopsy and gave me medications for my symptoms rather than just selling me a moisturising cream.

Excellent service and complete satisfaction

Miss Olver was extremely Knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Our consultation was eye opening and she diagnosed me almost immediately. Look forward to hopefully receiving treatment when I can.
