Melissa and Rachel made remortgaging a breeze, the process was quick, straight forward and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Absolutely brilliant service, couldn't have asked for more.

It's not every day that you meet someone who you believe is truly rooting for you but that was the case when we first spoke to Angela Little at CLS Money.
As a family of 4 we knew that our current home wasn’t suitable for our needs but due to some adverse credit that we picked up trying to make ends meet we were struggling to get a mortgage with high street lenders.
Thinking we would never be able to obtain a mortgage we contacted CLS Money and were put in touch with Angela Little, who we can only describe as a magician.
From the first conversation with her she was straight talking, asked us some of the difficult questions we were trying to avoid and reassuring. Angela’s whole attitude and determination to make things work for us was infectious. She gave us hope when we’d all but resigned ourselves to never being able to have our dream home.
What was truly amazing about Angela was that she never sugar-coated anything, she was up front about the state of our situation and what we could expect. No pipe dreams and false hope from her only realistic outcomes.
Even though the service provided was quicker than we could have imagined as each stage through the process progressed we couldn’t help but question our good luck and often waited for the other shoe to drop - but we should have known. It became more and more evident that when Angela said she would make it work for us she meant it. Her and Emma were patient and understanding of all our queries and we never felt bothersome even when we would call asking seemingly minor obvious questions.
Now that we have received our mortgage offer and are within reaching distance of our ‘Forever Home’ we can say for certain that we wouldn’t be in this position without the magic of Angela Little. Hogwarts ain’t got nothing on her!

Had my case dealt with by Caitlyn who was superb from start to finish, helped me to get a mortgage application in place in under a week and had it approved days later. Great service, great communication and couldn’t have asked for anything better - thank you CLS

I was matched with CLS Money by an online mortgage matching service. I had a 2 email exchange with someone called Jamie and then I was ignored. I sent a follow up and phoned the office, still ignored.
If this is the treatment of a potential customer I wouldn't want these people handling my finances.
1 missed email with regard to a mortgage is something, but ignoring 2 and a follow up phone call is worthy of a negative review in my opinion

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. 3 months of our lives full of anxiety stress and frustration. Poor communication, repeated empty promises and misleading reassurances. Have caused us more stress than ever though possible. Managing Director did not even have grace to reply to our e mail. AVOID

Frankie at CLS was absolutely amazing, approachable and pragmatic. It was not plain sailing but at every step CLS worked with me to keep me informed and deal with any issues to our satisfaction. A safe pair of hands.

Asked someone to contact me and was told they would that day, Never received a call that day or the next. Not a company I would wish to deal with my financial affairs if they even ignore new clients what they going to be like once they have your money!

This would be a 1 star if it weren't for the amazing service ONE PERSON in the company offers. Amy Randall is the only person I would ever deal with in CLS again.

My broker, nice as he was, Ryan Hall, did not give me the impression he was honest with me at all times. Said there were things he was "telling" his management but couldn't forward on my emails so they didn't have the full story. Also when I was offered a QUOTE for a solicitor, CLS recommended solicitor was in fact instructed! And they were awful!! But I know the broker gets a bonus for getting them used...

My case manager Emma was so rude I had to put a complaint in. Belittling and treated me like I was a problem and didn't know what I was talking about, despite having been a broker myself for 2 years. I ended up not having a case manager to use as I didnt want to work with her. I was sent another clients documents (GDPR anyone?) and because I complained about this my £2k fee was reduced £1.5k (thanks!)

Finally it was presented to me that it was a condition of my mortgage to have protection, and I had to fill out a form stating my reasons for not doing so to go to my lender. I know again, this is completely false, and almost scaremongering people into taking out policies that earn CLS big commission when they are not required to do so.

But Amy was wonderful. Immediate contact, regularly kept me informed, can not fault her in the slightest. Chased solicitors who ignored me, chased internally (my broker!) who was "slow" getting back to me. She is too good for CLS from my experience! Here's to hoping the fee AND commission made from our case goes straight to her.

Excellent service the only broker to find me a mortgage given the complex situation. Great service throughout would highly recommend. My house was finalised today and was super quick. Many thanks to all of team

Amazing we thought we could not get a mortgage but CLS got us one could not do enough for us, we now own our house. The sorted everything for us Angela little was wonderful and explained everything as we started the process then Amy Randall took over as we progressed and she chased the solicitors felt with the lender. I will recommend to all my friends and family they were so good.

What can I say other than Sue Bruns and Emma Mitchell have been the most efficient, professional people I have dealt with in a while. They were an absolute life saver for me. From start to finish they have guided me along the way, providing me with expert advice and have also been transparent and honest with me.

From a personal perspective they supported me along the way. Going in as a single person, I didn’t think I could get a mortgage. They have now provided me with a the most precious gift, I could honestly say I didn’t think I could have, owning my own property!!. I hope they get all the recognition they deserve. They worked tremendously hard on my case.

I highly recommend CLS as a mortgage broker and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I don't know how they got hold of my phone number, I don't even want a mortgage and never inquired I message them to stop calling me and texting and spamming me with there crap, I am not impressed they got hold off my number, no I don't want your services and I don't want a mortgage.

Do not waste your time. They ask for documents that have already been provided. They don’t keep to appointments. They are only interested in taking the £200 fee and then good luck with the rest. I just explained this to the advisor and she didn’t care. One of the worst experiences. Now my rating has improved I’ll apply with a more credible lender.

I found CLS online after having a negative experience with my mortgage broker. I was previously referred to a lender who refused to lend on properties such as my request. I found CLS online and was contacted the same day via Ryan. Ryan was helpful and gathered all information relating to my request and wants.

I was asked to send over documents which were processed and submitted within 2 days. Ryan had completed a number of checks with the underwriters to confirm that I met their criteria. This was not previously completed via my last broker.

Ryan informed me that my application had been accepted and processed all documentation in a timely manner. I was issued a offer letter within 2 weeks and I am now in proceeding with my solicitors.

I recommend Ryan who was not only helpful but understood the assignment.

Angela Little, is one of the many talented advisors at CLS. Always professional and friendly, will happily go above and beyond to help.

Don’t bother unless you are a straight forward case. Had a ‘advisor’ ellis Uren.
Soon stopped answering emails etc. Obviously moved to a easier case. You might be alright if you tick all the boxes. A decent company got us a offer thankfully.

I cannot fault this company at all. We thought we were at loss due to credit, but then I came across CLS. Frankie, Victoria and Amy have been fantastic. Within a matter of days we got DIP and then when we finally found our home the mortgage was approved in a couple of weeks. They made the whole process smooth, and kept us updated. The only let down was the solicitors they recommended. I assumed given the customer service received by CLS they would surely recommend solicitors with the same ethic but I was wrong. I would definitely go with CLS if you want a mortgage but stay clear of their recommended solicitors. Had it not been for the solicitors I would have definitely scored a 5!
