Hassle free process. No tire kickers and low ballers. Smooth process which I would recommend to anyone anytime. Service was seamless. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Price was decent.

They sold me a vehicle with a dead battery. Now have taken zero accountability on the matter and taking their time actually fixing the issue. I would never recommend Clutch to anyone due to their incompetence on dealing with issues. They don't even have an assigned team to handle these type of problems.

They honoured the quoted price. Simple, stress free and no games.

So fast and so easy that I kept waiting for the catch. But it never came! They paid me what they offered; from my seeing a tv commercial/making the initial inquiry to the money in my bank account and the car gone was less than 48 hours.

Selling my car to Clutch was very easy. The team that helped me including Carlos, Juan and Hamza in Toronto, Ontario, did a superb job communicating and ensuring to keep things as easy as possible. I received a very fair price for my car. It was my first time using clutch and I will use them again. Highly recommend!

Do not buy car finance. Staff don’t have a clue about how finance work at all. The minute you submit your application they will run your credit multiple times all over the places totally destroy your credit within seconds. You will never be able to buy a car again from any other places. Their pre-qualifier doesn’t do soft credit check. It’s basically tell you are approved based on your income you enter and it approves you for three times higher than what you can actually afford or your credit profile qualify you for.

Overall it was a great way to sell my vehicle. I feel the price I was offered for my car was fair based on its mileage and condition and the whole process was very quick and easy which made it quite a pleasant and stress-free experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend their services in future.
