At the beginning ,I could don’t trust on website selling ,Since I speak with an advisor, I counted on him. All staffs are excellent when I drop off my car .

Absolute scam of a company. Tried to buy a particular vehicle with cash and was given conflicting next steps and then the agent (maybe even AI) told me I had secured the vehicle and that I had to come to their location to pick it up. Then they said they could ship it to me. Anyway, the agent then disappeared and I found out they had sold the vehicle even though I had reserved it. They continue to spam email and text me to finish the process even though the vehicle is gone.

I'd like to make it 4.5 stars. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very professional. I had a little bit of an issue with the agreement price upon selling my car but it was quickly solved and I received full price. Payment occurred within 10 minutes or so. I will definitely consider using Clutch again.

Clutch gave me a better than dealership, nearly 2k.
also the staff Anderson in Markville Mall showed the best customer service to me. Even I was a bit mad during the process, he was being patient and explain to me everything.

I am not someone who hands out praise lightly. My search for a "new" car was long, frustrating, and exhausting. I was initially hesitant about buying a car entirely online, but I honestly wish I had started with Clutch instead of ending up there after weeks of searching elsewhere.

I spent countless hours researching vehicles. I wanted Carfax reports, detailed service records, honest answers about each vehicle's history and condition, and a fair price. We also were paying cash, which believe it or not made the process more complicated. I looked at dealerships, independent sellers, and online marketplaces such as AutoTrader and CarGurus. What I often found was incomplete information, people wanting me to pay for vehicle history reports, constant unsolicited calls and texts, and, in some cases, information that simply wasn't accurate.

My experience with Clutch was completely different. I was able to browse at my own pace, review Carfax reports without pressure, and get answers whenever I had questions about the online purchase process or the 10-day trial period. When I called, someone answered. When I had questions, they were addressed clearly and honestly. I also appreciated that Clutch provided its own inspection report and photographed even the smallest flaws. There were no surprises when we picked up the car because we knew exactly what to expect. Not to mention that the vehicle we purchased from Clutch was competitively priced compared with similar vehicles I found elsewhere.

I was also impressed by what I saw online, including discussions on Reddit where Clutch's president personally responded to customer concerns in an open, factual, and transparent way. That gave me confidence that the company stands behind its service.

After weeks of searching, it was refreshing to deal with a company that was transparent, responsive, and easy to work with. Thank you again to everyone at Clutch for a genuinely positive car-buying experience.

The price quoted was a fair amount for vehicle, the price never changed on in person inspection and sale went smooth, and car towed away

Professional honest upfront and very friendly

Bought a new to me SUV from them with warranty came to over 27K. Less than 2 months later I break down on the side of the highway. Front driveshaft needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1000. Luckily it was only just over 300 since I had the warranty. But still, 300 less than 60 days in is ridiculous. Heated seats also do not work like they said they do in the add. The last big issue I had was the delivery person doing the paperwork was very pushy when it came time to do the review which he tries to make you do in front of him. This is what is giving them such a high review.

The reps I dealt with were friendly and pleasant. The only criticism I have is that when I first completed the online questionnaire, I indicated I wouldn't be ready to sell my car for a month or two. I was quoted what I thought was a decent price. But then less than 2 weeks later, the quote dropped by $500. Even though I had said I couldn't sell right away. That was disappointing, to say the least. However, other than that, I was quite satisfied with your service.

simple straight forward selling process. Explain the vehicle and ownership details as prompted and you have a very generous quote. Dealerships take 20-25 % of market value of your vehicle and give you that number. Clutch takes only 5%. The pickup team were friendly and
give you the option to drive your vehicle to a pickup location or for a $165. fee will pick it up at your residence. As a signing fee they give you a $100. bonus which lowers the pickup fee to $65.
The pickup rep was courteous and did an inspection of the car to make sure it was you had described it and then loads it up after a bill of sale is signed and sent to my email. The money is in your account as he drives off. Great experience.... highly recommended.
