Easy to follow instruction on how to sell car.

I never imagined a transaction involving the sale of a vehicle would be so stressful free, simple and convenient. It happened exactly as they said for the price they quoted me.

The valuation of my vehicle was fair and the whole process was completely painless. I am both very pleased and very surprised how easy and transparent everything was. I really liked that I was aware from the beginning how much money Clutch was going to make from my vehicle. This transparency is what made me decide to go with Clutch. Toyota was trying to squeeze up the last cent from me and they kept hiding the real numbers.
From now on, Clutch is my go to place when selling my vehicles!

It was very efficient and professional

The experience was very easy right from the beginning. I appreciated the ease of doing some things online, while having in-person or on the phone service to answer a few extra questions. Sharing documents was easy online and drop was done by very professional and friendly staff. The price I got was very reasonable. It was a seamless experience I would do again.

Glad they were able to pick up my vehicle from my location. I live 1.5 hours from their closest hub and finding a ride home would of been costly/difficult. All my questions were answered politely, arrived on time and took care of all the paper work. I was offered more for my vehicle than the dealership I bought it from. The entire process from getting in contact, describing the vehicle and sending the pictures was about an hour, and they picked the vehicle up the next day. Money arrived within 20 minutes, which is an excellent perk. Nice work

You may be thinking “too good to be true”…it isn’t. Sold two cars ..zero hassle and good prices …Dealership trade in are a joke and selling privately is way way too much risk and hassle.

Everything starting from the inquiry to the sales was easy. The advisers and associates have a deep knowledge and understanding of the business process and showed exceptional customer service skills.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Clutch. We agreed on a price based on a completely honest description and detailed photos that I provided beforehand. I didn't hide a single thing.
​However, when it came time to pick up the car, their representative cut the agreed offer in half (by 50%)! No new issues were found, and no valid reasons were given. This is a classic, dishonest "bait-and-switch" tactic. They lure you in with a fair estimate, wait until you spend your time and arrive, and then try to pressure you into accepting pennies, hoping you'll just give in.
​This is cheap, unprofessional, and deceptive business practice. If you value your time and expect honesty, stay far away from Clutch. They will lie to your face.

From my initial contact through to pick up of my vehicle everyone was great! Lots of communication throughout the entire process. Payment was processed very quickly, I would highly recommend them.

Getting to talk with someone at your HO was frustrating.

To anybody that is weary about this new form of delivery, let me just say it was the easiest uncomplicated thing I’ve ever done. Turnaround time was fast, and the staff were amazing, friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. Five out of five.

I just sold my car via Clutch, and they deducted a lot from the purchase price on pickup day for no reason. Not a good user experience.

A friend recommended Clutch,.I was skeptical, I'm non trusting. They are legit! Faoud was who I spoke to , very professional and kind. Kayden who pi ked my 2 vehicles up, nice guy! Professional and friendly. The guy who owns this company is brilliant! Great idea! Keep your prices up that you pay people for their vehicles. Nobody is going ronexpe t to get what a dealer would charge, but nobody wants to give their vehicle away.
They offered myself and my fiancée fair prices for both vehicles.
Our money was deposited quickly.....no problems
