At the same time, market expertise and post-payment support remain limited. While this type of service may be acceptable in the Netherlands, in Switzerland or other Western European countries the competitive environment usually requires a higher level of responsibility and client care.

We found a suitable apartment in no time with Comfycorner, which is not easy when moving from abroad to the Netherlands. Sima is very nice and incredibly professional. The service is worth the price and we can highly recommend her and the company. <3

When I moved to the Netherlands, I spent several months trying to find a place on my own. The best I could manage was one viewing roughly every three weeks. The process was slow and, to be honest, a bit exhausting.

Later, I decided to work with this agency. With their help, I was able to arrange several viewings each week — around 3–4 — and all the options matched my preferences for the city, neighborhood, and property type. They were always easy to reach, replied quickly, and helped me with any questions I had.

When it came to signing the rental agreement, they reviewed the contract, pointed out things to pay attention to, contacted the landlord’s representative directly, and clarified important details. They also helped me set up contracts for gas, electricity, and water, and explained how to properly inspect the house before signing the handover documents and receiving the keys.

In the end, out of two applications I submitted after viewings, one was approved on the second attempt. I’m sure it would have taken much longer without their support.
