Fantastic service! I had an introduction call with Yuri where he got to know my situation and laid out the company mission and objectives. He was very reassuring and confident in their ability to assist in this housing market. I was then connected with Sima, who was extremely diligent and hard-working on my case. Given my particular requirements, it took a bit less than 2 months to find a suitable place, but they delivered and then some! I would definitely recommend, and my only advice would be plan ahead and don't wait to the last moment! 5/5

We have chosen Comficorner because of good Trustpilot reviews and definitely did not regret it.
Our situation was quite complicated rental wise; three small kids, dog and first time renting a property in Netherlands. From the start they were extremely professional; realistic but optimistic. Our agent Sima was super cooperative, our communication was smooth and pleasant. We were communicating on daily basis adjusting out strategy in real time to the changing circumstances. She was extremely quick with applying us on properties we were interested, communicating with landlords and agents while simultaneously guiding us through the process. Combination of her skills and efforts and a little luck was a winner for us as we where able to find and rent a property we really liked in less than a month which really exceeded our expectations and happened way sooner that we could have imagined.

Thanks to Sima and the Comfycorner team for helping us find an apartment in Amsterdam. Even in our case (being a self-employed person with high expectations and a dog), they managed to help us find an excellent option in the heart of Amsterdam. I highly recommend them for expats as they can manage everything for you even if you are physically outside of the Netherlands (they schedule viewings, record viewing videos, and negotiate on better terms).

The entire experience was quite comforting and smooth. The housing market is bad as we all know but Sima's investment in the process was very reassuring. She was always available and quick to answer our questions. The process was transparent. At the end of every week we received an update on the houses applied to and the number of viewings scheduled along with advice on the next steps. We very much appreciated this overview as it helped soothe the stress and anxiety of finding a place within the limited time. Sima was also involved and supportive in the signing of new contract. We moved from outside the Netherlands, so I don't know how we would've found an apartment without Sima, especially within our time frame. Even if we could have though, ComfyCorner's convenience is worth it. Everyone there was extremely competent and professional.

At the beginning I was very skeptical about the company, as I had several encounters with scammers online, I thought this company was just another one of them, as they claimed to help people who really cannot find housing- a situation that sounded too good to be true. For this reason I checked their tax number on the official Dutch websites, researched the founder and its employees, and contacted previous clients to ensure they truly exist, as they are new. Now, I can confidently say to future customers that, they really do what they claim, and they truly did the impossible for me.
Sima, the real estate agent has a very professional and lovely attitude, she is ready to assist with every request and answer every question, she will try her best to respect your housing requests, unlike many agents I had in the past in NL who just try to get a higher commission.
As a student who needs a pet friendly apartment within a relatively low budget, she managed to find me the perfect property in less than a month. We have faced several rejections and challenges with my documents, however she remained positive and motivated to find us a satisfactory accommodation.
She has created very personalized applications, worked for me in the evenings and weekends, and above all: she exceeded every expectation. I have had several agents before in the country, and I can confidently say Sima is by far the most dedicated agent I have ever had.
I highly recommend this company, they really go above and beyond for their clients and most importantly, they deliver.
