I honestly don’t even know where to start because Comfycorner has been such a huge part of my life in the Netherlands! I'm originally from Israel and a year ago I decided to move to the Netherlands and found Comfycorner, they helped me find my first rental when I moved here, and now, fast forward to today, I’m officially a homeowner in North Brabant—ALL thanks to them!

Sima and her team are absolute lifesavers. From day one, they made me feel like more than just a client—they were my guides, my support system, and honestly, my friends through this whole process. House hunting can be so overwhelming (especially in a new country!), but they somehow made it fun and stress-free. A year ago, we started working with CONFICONER NL to find rental housing. At that time, our situation was quite challenging, but the agency’s team helped us with everything they could. They not only found suitable housing in The Hague but also fully managed the process: negotiations with the landlord, signing the rental agreement, and providing valuable advice at every step.

When it was time to move out, the agency once again took control of the entire process, saving us from a lot of hassle.

Even when the notaries delayed things at the last moment, the team quickly resolved all the issues. Now we are proud homeowners in Maastricht!

I knew about the Dutch housing crisis, especially in Amsterdam, so after a couple of weeks of failed attempts at securing even just a viewing by myself, I concluded that just an agency could save me. My deadline was pretty tight as I needed to find a pet friendly place in less than a month, Christmas holidays included!! And I could not attend viewings personally as my father had just passed away and I needed to be in Italy, which to be honest is already a challenge itself.

Choosing Comfycorner was a blessing and a breeze! I was a bit hesitant at first, I reached out because of the many positive reviews here on Trustpilot, especially from pets owners. But after our first chat with Sima, in which we aligned on my requirements, I was sure I chose correctly! They even prepared a detailed personal application documentation with pictures, videos, cover letter and similar.

Lulu and Sima managed to find me an amazing, spacious and pet friendly place within a 'average' Amsterdam budget within just a couple of weeks! Basically we secured the first apartment we got a viewing for! They attended the viewing for me (shoutout to Yuri for the detailed video reports). And even assisted me with the signing of contract, payment, utilities and provided a post-relocation guide!

When I'll need to move again I'll surely reach out once more, hopefully with a longer deadline and more time to look for a place! Amazing service indeed! Thanks guys ❤️

We were largely unfamiliar with the housing market in the Netherlands and Comfycorner was a very helpful bridge in making what felt like an impossible task possible!

We were able to secure a flat for two (and a cat!) in Leiden and in an incredible building. We started with comfy corner on the 13th of August and we had found a place by the end of September. I do not think this would have been at all possible on our own. This was while I was going back and forth between the Netherlands and the UK and my parnter was in the UK. They were very helpful through all the steps of the journey - getting our documents and cover letters sorted, viewing the apartments when we couldn't, and helping negotiate the final stages with the landlord's agent. They respond quickl and send updates of what they're doing behind the scenes which shows how much work they are putting into your case. They were also able to support us in an adaptable situation when job offers changed at the last minute.

I would recommend to anyone who needs help finding housing in the Netherlands.

I began my search for an apartment in Utrecht in April 2024. Quickly, I realized it was not an easy task, as I received very few responses from landlords. After reading a positive review about Comfy-Corner on a Facebook page, I decided to do my own research. Finding them to be quite reliable, I decided to hire them for my house-hunting journey.

I shared my preferences and requirements with the team, and they took everything into consideration. The team at Comfy-Corner is incredibly responsive and always available to assist.

I hired them at the end of April 2024, and by the end of June 2024, I had secured my perfect apartment. Yes, it took two months, but the apartment is exactly what I wanted.

ComfyCorner made our move a breeze. My spouse and I did the impossible: we moved to Amsterdam from abroad with three cats. Sima secured verified viewings for my partner and me with landlords who had already expressed interest in taking us on as tenants.

We found a flat within a month, and in the end, we were approved/selected for 2/3 of the properties we expressed interest in. I highly recommend this service!
