every was easy to set up on the Internet and the price was just right

23rd September I wrote a review about my car insurance and the change of police 4 months down the line. To be told my details have been passed on and I would get a phone call. 8 days on and I’m still waiting for this said phone call. SHAME on you Co op I hope in the next 8 months I don’t have to get in touch with you if I break down or worse.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who helped me out with my new policy. She was very helpful and took her time to explain everything.

I received first class, compassionate support today from Neveen at Co-Op insurance . I had inadvertently taken out, and paid for, insurance that I did not require. She effectively and efficiently cancelled that insurance and replaced it with a more appropriate policy at a considerably cheaper rate. The whole process, over the phone, was done politely at a pace that I was comfortable with.

Is this some kind of wind up? I may have received a refund after numerous emails phone calls and crying but you still haven’t dealt with my complaint which was logged with you on the 28th of September. It is now the 7th of October and you’ve never ever responded I think it’s disgusting and how dare you say that it’s all resolved? It isn’t resolved deal with my complaint and stop trying to pretend to everybody that it’s been sorted because it has not

Absolute wonderful customer service is the only person out of the five that I have spoken to that seems to have some flipping common sense and so where they made a mistake so now I Amin looking forward to having my full refund and I’m looking forward to having my complaint dealt with because all of this could’ve been avoided if the first person that I’ve spoken to had got his head out of the clouds and done the job that he was paid for

Looks like I will have to do a chargeback on my card. Thankfully I have proof of the cancellation being requested before the 14 days I have emailed proof and I also have an email back from the co-op confirming the time and the date of the cancellation so I really don’t understand why they’re trying to keep half of the premium. I feel they’ve made a mistake somewhere in their office and they don’t wanna hold their hands up and they wanna drag me over the Coles and make me wait weeks and weeks and weeks for them to sort this issue out. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable. I’m going straight to my card company.

I don’t even know where to start five emails 4 phone calls. I cancelled my policy for travelling insurance on 13th day I called to doublecheck they received my cancellation documents. I was told by a person on the phone that yes it had been cancelled and I would receive an email to confirm,I didn’t receive email
I telephoned, after a 14 minute conversation with the gentleman I was told,Yes it has been cancelled. You receive a full refund. Still never received an email phoned up the next day. Same rubbish told me on the phone. Still no email phoned up this morning. Four times each time they said oh yes it’s been cancelled. finally gets an email. It’s been cancelled as of today and they’ve only refunded half of the premium. I have now spent a total of 6 1/2 hours in phone calls over two day period still to be given the runaround I do not recommend this company at all avoid them at every opportunity they are brokers.

I can never recommend this company. I’m gonna cancel my funeral plan with them and I am never dealing with this company again. I am shocked and disgusted that they would treat somebody like this in this day and age you expect the co-op to be trustworthy but they’re not. I don’t even think they’re the co-op anymore. I think they’re brokers and this is something brokers quite often. Do I will not let this matter rest I require the rest of my premium back thank you
