Thumper natural xl hutch and runâŠ
I'm only giving it a 2 as it was quick delivery. The hutch is cheaply made and extremely flimsy. The wood of the run was all cracked and needed glueing. For £300 I could have had one made. I wish I'd thought of that before!!!! Buyer beware. I do not recommend this company.

Would not recommend.
I spent a considerable amount of money on this chicken coop, expecting a product of a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality.
The wood used is extremely thin and lightweight, making the coop feel fragile and poorly constructed. I have serious concerns about its durability and whether it would withstand determined predators such as rats. The entire structure feels flimsy and lacks the robustness I would expect for housing chickens safely.
Assembly was also frustrating. The instructions were unclear in places, making the build far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been.
Once assembled, I found the coop awkward to clean, which is a significant drawback for something that requires regular maintenance.
Given the price, I expected a sturdy, well-designed coop. Sadly, this product did not meet my expectations, and I would not purchase from this company again.

Sturdy structure that is relativelyâŠ
Sturdy structure that is relatively easy to construct. Affordable and what I would consider good value for money paid.
The door latch could be improved, I don't feel is matches the quality to the rest of the product. Given the size of 4mx3m I feel the structure would benefit from four arches to help support the wire mesh over the roof section to help prevent sagging during snowy periods.

Poor quality metal run
Delivery was fast (though not on the day specified), and the hutch looks good.
However, the metal run was very difficult to put together, doesn't look good as the chicken wire hang down between frame sections and in less than a month, all of the corners had cracked/joints popped so it's not going to hold together for long! Disappointing.

The products I received felt incrediblyâŠ
The products I received felt incredibly poor in quality and completely misrepresented. The XL rabbit hutch was a disappointment; the wood was so soft it seemed almost like balsa, and the MDF sections were flimsy and unstable. It sways from side to side and feels unsafe for use. The "2x3m walk-in cage with fox-proof upgrade" was sent with basic chicken wire, not fox-proof mesh as advertised. When I raised the issue, I was told the upgrade wasnât even available for that model. Additionally, poorly packaged tubes made assembly a frustrating ordeal. Overall, a waste of £400. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

Fantastic little coop
Fantastic little coop, I purchased a coop in the sale, for unconventional use to house 2 rescue pigeons , I wanted it safe from rodents and solid construction. I was nervous as after Iâd ordered I read some reviews regarding the quality of the wood and complicated instructions , ignore them ! The wood is thick the coop very well made and I put it up alone in an hour , the instructions were easy to follow just trust the process! Iâm very happy with my purchase I believe it will last ten times as longer than a cheaper version. Ignore the bad reviews check the size and take your time putting it together and you wonât be disappointed.

Easy build lacks quality
Just finished building, it went together easily, but quality and finish is lacking. I paid for additional thicker wire and protective coating, but itâs hard to tell if it has this, I can still see bare wood in areas. The run is held to the house with 4 small screws. Not sure how well this will hold if it is moved around the garden.

Edit.... The company have now resolved my query/complaint. Satisfactory result.
EDITED**** The company have emailed me and we are trying to come to a resolution on this product****
Ordered the thumper hutch it took 8 days to arrive, both box's damaged, luckily the hutch wasnt. On paying to have it put together as I'm disabled parts missing. So flimsy and unstable. Will not be recommending this company or buying anything again. The bars on hutch are to far apart allowing rodents (if you have any near by to get in) total waste of nearly £200.
