I contracted with this company 7/31/2015 to help me file small claims court against Sears, To make a long story short they had me file in the wrong county first that took months to resolve, then filed again online in Fulton County(Sears Corporate Processor is in Gwinnett County). This filing was never served on Sears! Well last Good Friday 2017 I has a peremptory hearing in on the Fulton County filing. I was chastised for not having Sears served and for hiring a company(CourtLinked) to practice law without a license and dismissed the case. The judge advised me to get a lawyer, of course now the statute of limitations has run out. Court Linked has lost me thousands, don't let this happen to you - research and file yourself, it is not that hard. I learned the HARD way.
