I was incredibly pleased with the level of service I received and the general knowledge of the staff at CourtLinked. When it comes to legal matters, I'm pretty clueless. I had a small claims situation, but had not decided whether or not I was going to act on it due to the anticipate expense of getting the paperwork filed and serving the defendant. This company was able to simplify the process; what you see (and what you pay for!) is what you get. They make things simple and take care of the technical stuff for you. When needed, they gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do. We were able to resolve my case quickly and without incident. I'm glad I decided to go forward; it really wasn't hard or all that time consuming and the cost was negligible. Great company to work with. Their experience really shows.

After speaking to many Co. that do this sort of thing, I decided to go with Courtlinked. They were so quick to file the paperwork, get the court date set, and preparing the server. I had so many questions and they responded back IMMEDIATELY.. I could not have asked for any better service. If I ever have to do this again (God help me) I will absolutely use Courtlinked again, and if you are reading this review.. STOP now and call them, you'll be glad you did.

I had no idea how to file a small claim, so I'm indebted to this company for doing it for me. They handled all my legal work for $75. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable and said they could take care of my issue immediately. The defendant ended up settling and I got everything I deserved quickly and efficiently. If it wasn't for this company, I would have lost the money because I had no idea how to do this on my own. So thankful to have found this site. I would recommend it to all!

Without their assistance, guidance, and advice, my case would of been dismissed. It was my first time filing small claims against a business that failed to pay their invoices. I submitted my case and Courtlinked.com handled the entire procedure. The company received noticed and quickly a settlement was reached.

You will not be disappointed with courtlinked's services. I never filed a small claims before so I was lost, my courthouse was no help as well. Came across courtlinkeds ad and decided to call them. My questions were answered and they delivered the services as promised. They also wrote and mailed my demand letters. As stated i was new to small claims and had a lot of question, my emails were answered promptly even Sunday evenings.

I used Courtlinked.com to file a small claims in New York - Manhattan against Chase bank for return ernest money on a failed transaction. I paid $75 and was simply astonished over the quality of service received. My associates contacted me, corrected Chase banks entity information, and filed my case. Got my material by mail within 1-2 weeks and at the same time, the rep from Chase called to settle the case in full.

I contacted Courtlinked they told me what to do and assisted me with the dismissal of the case.

I only paid $75 which they covered my $20 NY filing fee.

Very impressive because you get a live associate reviewing the case and assisting you throughout the process.
