mi hanno mandato una cover rotta, e non mi hanno effettuato il rimborso o cambio , ma dato un misero codice sconto dopo aver speso quasi 40€
orribile!!!!

I have ordered from Coverlab before, but this time my order (4 items) has still not been shipped even after two months. I have contacted customer service several times but have not received a response. I do not recommend ordering from them as their service and delivery are completely inadequate. I am very upset because no effort is being made to ensure customer satisfaction. I am now trying to get my money back from my credit card.

Love it sooooooo much

le produit est arrivé, mais entre le délai excessif, le manque de communication et la déception concernant la personnalisation, je ne pense pas recommander sur ce site.

J’ai passé commande le 9 décembre et le produit est finalement arrivé le 9 janvier.

Ce n’était donc pas un site frauduleux, mais le délai de livraison a été beaucoup trop long. J’ai peut-être demandé une personnalisation avec l’impression des initiales, cependant, étant donné la période de Noël, j’aurais apprécié d’être informée clairement que la commande risquait de ne pas arriver avant Noël.

De plus, lors de ma prise de contact, l’attitude du service client m’a semblé peu honnête et peu professionnelle : leur réponse se résumait à dire « nous avons déjà expédié, le reste dépend du transporteur, nous n’y sommes pour rien », sans réelle volonté d’aider.

Enfin, j’ai été déçue par le résultat de la personnalisation : je pensais que les initiales seraient imprimées au centre, mais elles sont placées à un endroit étrange, ce qui ne correspond pas à mes attentes.

Commande passée il y a un mois jamais reçue malgré plusieurs mails de relance ! Ce site semble être une arnaque ne passez pas commande !
Aucun moyen d être remboursée nous sommes renvoyé sans solution auprès du transporteur .. un seul mot résume ce site arnaque

This isn’t my first time ordering from Coverlab, and I’ve always had a great experience. The quality, design, and packaging are always on point. My new order hasn’t arrived yet, but based on my past orders, I know it’ll be just as good.

Awful. The product is garbage and I had to pay customs duties to DHL after they already charged me 24 dollars in shipping which was assumed to be included in the price. Do not order from them at all. All of their reviews that are positive are obviously doctored.

No one, no one in the USA should purchase this. They try to extort money after paying. They don’t ship. They don’t provide adequate labeling, customs paperwork. You have to fight with your credit card to get your money back you end up with no product one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

This goes so far beyond customs, duties! This was your customer service. Your lack of professionalism, communication, trying to extort additional money off the website! The absolute worst purchase experience I have ever had. Thank goodness my credit card removed your charge from it I provided all the documentation and they sided that the refund was fair.

Horrible. They will take your money and your order but not ship it to u, do not order.

Amazing wonderfull

I ordered a cellphone case after getting served an Instagram ad, and I had a terrible experience.

1.) I didn't get an update on my order until a month after my order.
2.) When they did give me an update on my order they told me they wouldn't ship it unless I paid the tariffs. I refused, because it had already taken forever to process my order.
3.) They said they would ship it but never did. I ended up going through my CC to get my money back.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

After waiting almost 3 weeks for my cover lab, custom phone cover to ship, it arrived and was not at all what I ordered. I customized a black leather case with a pink and white stripe with the initial “A“ in the center. What I received was a black leather case with a single gray stripe and no initial. It looked like their custom machine ran out of ink and then they just packed it and shipped it. Yes I did get a full refund, but after waiting almost a month and looking forward to the case I saw on social media, it was a complete disappointment

Terrible experience. Shipping to the US, so tariffs are expected. However I got charged TWICE for two different fees over a month after I ordered my case. Calculate the fees before hand so I’m not paying double for my product without expecting it. Other companies are able to do this so I don’t understand why CoverLab is hiding all of these fees until your order is non refundable. SKETCHY! Do not order
