I love the ADSB function witch is one of the reasons that I picked your log and changed, one of the functions I don’t like is adding the new planes, there are too many options, for an airline pilots. One of the big let downs was when I got the app I could sync my Sked with the pilots and flights, now I have to do it all manually

The app worked doesn't work anymore
The app worked very well, but suddenly got an email saying that it wouldn't work anymore. Had to ask for a refound of the half a year left of my premium subscription...

Terrible system
As some others have stated, I started with MCC Pilot and paid for the lifetime membership. Unfortunately, that was misleading. They wanted more money once they upgraded their system. Their upgrade is HORRIBLE. I dread even trying to log into this database. When I can get in, (I.e, it doesn't lock up on me), I routinely experience technical issues with the database. Most of the time, it will lock up at some point and I'll have to Cont/Alt/Del just to shut it down as it locks up everything. I have spent probably a 100 hours troubleshooting technical issues for them....not intentionally, just because of all the issues I've had. I'm currently locked out AGAIN. Can't even log in as it locks up at the login page, so I can't even login to the database. My advice is to find a more reliable electronic logbook and stay FAR AWAY from this one!

They have taken away the best feature!
Pro’s:
I can Update my logbook off line, i like the information / data capture layout, i can print various logbook formats, logbook columns are changeable, i could import my roster.
Con’s:
I am Unable to import my roster! Why have they discontinued this feature? This is really inconvenient! I can only print my logbook using a Laptop or Desktop Computer! Also very inconvenient! This is getting close to Log10pro prices and doesn’t offer the same features.

I don’t like an application that provides a service and people subscribe for that specific service and even pay for it, and later you just stop it … this is not professional and you lost the trust of users

YGBSM. No importing of monthly schedules?
The only reason for getting this app was to import my monthly schedule, now that’s not supported! YGBSM. When I attempt to import I get a message that I have to do it manually. Uh oh! There’s no info on how to do that! I want my money back.

It was good but know it is disappointing
They have just decided to stop the most important feature of the app. Now you are not able to import your records directly from the company portal anymore. This was the main reason for buying the app. I have migrated from MCC to lounge with the offer for lifetime licence and in less than 2 years they stopped the most important function of the app. For sure I will search for something better.

Slow, unstable, full of bugs.
Not an upgrade compared to the old MCC PilotLog. It's slow, full of little annoying bugs. The logbook front page in MCC days looked very professional, you could add your airline logo etc. now it looks mickey mouse and is more a giant ad for CrewLounge instead of you. The only reason I use this is for the airline interface which is supposed to download flights directly from the rostering system, but this has also never been a smooth experience. Every edit it needs to think a long time and when finally executing the change it flips to the first ever logbook flight, super annoying when having to do multiple changes. As we speak it doesn't include my last 2 flights when printing my FULL logbook. It's not very stable, its often unresponsive and needs to be closed via task manager. This has been consistently my experience now for years using different devices. Once every two years or so when I really need to update my logbook for something I do so out of absolute necessity.
