Excellent customer service, with a one on one video call to fix a technical issue that was preventing me from downloading my roster from my company portal. The Crewlounge Aero team were patient and helpful and made sure they resolved all of my issues.

The system fails constantly. The company offers multiple products that could easily be combined into one, clearly aiming to increase sales rather than improve usability. The software remains outdated, frequently freezes, and lacks stability. The company’s conduct is also questionable — many customers purchased lifetime licenses, only to be forced into paying annual fees later on. I do not recommend it. It may seem affordable at first, but the constant issues and resulting stress are simply not worth it. You risk being let down when you need it the most.

Great value for money — highly effective product. Recommended!

I’m very happy with this app. The price-performance ratio is excellent – for a small cost, you get exactly what you expect and need. I use it as a professional pilot and find the mobile app very user-friendly and efficient. It even considers SIM and MCC times, which is a big plus. The logbook format is highly customizable to suit individual needs.

I’m not a fan of the desktop version, but since I mainly use the mobile app, that’s not a big issue for me. Overall, a solid tool that does exactly what it should.

I like the app and works fine, although the visual design is not the one I like the most.

No crew information listed in the flight info. Rosterbuster has the functionality. Frustrating and disappointing.

I have been a long time user of CrewLounge Aero, using the Connect App & PilotLog App. Over the years I at times have been stranded due to the technology changes but, I have seen the company evolve during this time as well. CrewLounge have consistently improved their products and backup service at the same time. I am glad I have stayed on with CrewLounge Aero and products over the years.

Never had any problem with the app and when need the support helped very fast!

PILOTLOG App unexpectedly stopped working on 2 different Windows (10 & 11) based PCs. CrewLounge Support suggested I should uninstall it and continue with a clean installation of the latest app version afterwards. Did everything according to their instructions - no change. No more troubleshooting tips or any other help has been offered for more than 1 month since I did all the above - PILOTLOG application remains unusable...

I've just MCC Pilotlog and CrewLounge Pilotlog for many years. Software is OK, but software support is really disappointing. I've raised a ticket about currency checks, no feedback for months despite several emails.

Does what it is for very good

I’m and active pilot and have seen this app evolving very much since the time of MCC Pilot Logbook. I have been using first MCC and now CrewLounge and I have been very satisfied. I find on this app all I need and with its integration with the desktop is you get quite powerful tool. It’s a product with a good value with a price that makes sense. I truly recommend using CrewLounge pilot logbook.
