Poor product support and customer service
I initially started using this product as it interacted with my company's software. Unfortunately soon after I took out a subscription the support was cancelled. As well as this I came up with some technical issues. On that occasion Crewlounge resolved the issues (although it did take almost 2 months). I stuck with it and approximately 8 weeks ago, had another technical issue where flights are not syncing across my devices. I contacted Crewlounge who tried to assist but none of their advice was successful. I have been trying to contact them now for approximately 6 weeks with no replies. This is highly frustrating when you are paying for a product and there is no alternative to contact them and you can't trust the app to log flights correctly. As a result, I have gone back to the trusted paper and pen. Shame that what I understand used to be such a good company is now unable to provide a decent product and have such poor customer service

Good (not the best) app.
I’m using this app from 2016, when originally it was named MCCPILOTLOOG. First version of app was great. Sadly, support stopped, and I was forced to move to new one. New one is ok, but is missing a few features from old (for example I can not copy information from previous leg to a new leg). There was also some problems during transition from old to new version, but finally it was resolved. Overall, it’s a good app.

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. The app stopped working and they promised me refund. It’s been months and tons of excuses but still no refund.

Good Helpdesk!
I joined CrewLounge because they have bought MCC pilot. On the beginning I had a real problem to understand how things work, but with their help I became used to it and it’s working perfectly now. I believe the logbook are most the same, they diferencial is Assistence. Today, I recommend it.

The uplink from the company scedule was no longer supportrd by crewlink. Therefore the App was useless for me.
