I regret using this software.
Downloaded the update and all my hours were erased. I cant even download them from the cloud. Will have to see what support can do.
I was never able to transfer the time from the older version. Support did not help at all on that issue.
The software is more difficult to use than it should be.

The app is really accessible.
It’s safe and complies with privacy regulations, because you can only get verified if you have flights on a certain airline.
You can make clear statistics of all your flight history, to check your block hours, etc.
The ‘flight swap’ function is really handy to reach a lot of people, without sending it to each one in person, giving you more chances of another flight.
Overall it is a nice app, with the right layout.
You can clearly see that there was put a lot of thought into it. This app is clearly made BY crew, FOR crew.

Great logbook and amazing customer service
Great logbook with the possibility to import your flight directly from many airlines all over the world! Very easy to use and to modify flight times using the computer for more complex changes.

Very useful app for a pilot
Very useful app for commercial pilot. Everything in one place. Many statistics, extra tools, quick support if you need any. I’m crew lounge aero user since September, I’ve already noticed they do their best to improve its system. Sure, there are some inconveniences such as problem with scanning FMS times (numbers being changed when converting into log for a specific flight) or I cannot use the app on my macbook, however I’m still very happy to found out crewlounge aero :-)

When enabled, the app will automatically login to your company crew web portal and check your roster. The background process runs at regular intervals. Very disappointing app and customer…
Very disappointing app and customer service.
App:
I always logged my hours via the verified emails from the flights. The moment I check the log and try to print it, there were a lot of mistakes. After adjusting all the mistakes (without the support as they don’t have any) and trying to print it. It changes all the flight data. Random PIC hours and flight times messed up. But in the app it looks all correct.
Customer service:
I really needed their support and they just don’t respond. Sometimes a message but then nothing for a long time.
It takes me more than 6 weeks to get this issue sorted and they cannot even make a printout of my logbook and send me the pdf.
I am very disappointed and it is a true waste of money.

Do yourself a favor and use the Crew Lounge Logbook …
I switched over to CrewLounge 6 months ago from my old electronic logbook I had used for 10 years.
I haven’t looked back! I am an airline pilot and use most of its features. They are well thought out and are useful for not only keeping track of your past flights, but maintaining currency.
Additionally, during my transition, the help and correspondence was timely and very helpful.
You’ll love this logbook!

helpful team
had a problem within the app when loggin in company portal. a pdf file of my whole month's schedule kept popping up without even pressing anything. i contacted customer support and they fixed the problem within a couple of weeks. i also had an issue with the app when it won't sync into my phone's calendar but they also fixed that. customer support is veey helpful. like the app overall just wish airline company will allow app to automatically generate and notify me of flight changes.
