Full of bugs
Full of bugs, outdated tech, support does not help fixing the issues. The print logbook funtion does not work well for some logbooks format, it just print garbarge numbers.

I have been a client of CrewLounge and used the first version of PILOTLOG since a long time now. I have seen this company and its apps growing fast and I have been listened to by the developers all along the way. I must say that it’s impressive how much they are professional and also open for suggestions and what’s amazing how fast they integrate changes and improvements proposed by us users to the app ! I’m so glad to be their client and looking forward to stick with them for the rest of my pilot career.

The best app I found for my logbook
The best app I found for my logbook. Connects seemlessly with AIMS Ecrew, unlike other apps it pulls the data off for a very complete logbook.

Was happy until I lost thrust
Was relatively satisfied until I lost full thrust in that company. They can suspend your account without any warning or refunds. Beware of that company.
UPDATE : My account has reinstated, but still do not recommend this company. I've asked multiple times to get a reference to the so-called "international laws and regulations" and the company was never able to provide it. Basically, they can suspend your account using vague allusion to "international laws and regulations", but is not able able to tell you exactly what regulation they are referring to. You never know when your account will be suspended, they will not tell you ahead of time, and will never provide you with proper explanation. Don't expect a refund neither.
UPDATE : In the answer below, CL AERO claims that they resolved the issue. I cannot disagree more. My account was reinstated but with minimal cold apologies (almost blaming it on the customer), and NO compensation for the month of usage I lost. I'm done with my subscription and going back to CAE's Roster Buster even if it cost a bit more. I should have never left. CAE treats you like a customer. Goodbye CL AERO.

Easy and reliable airline interface but needs an improved Android experience
Have been using the Logbook on my android Fold 4 for a year now. I really like the ease and reliability of the airline interface to download flight data. However, the user interface is still not sufficiently customizable or user-friendly. Also, I paid extra for the ability to upload a screenshot of my crewlist but discovered that this is simply not possible. Well, what's the point of the image upload facility if I can't safe them within my flight?

App stoped downloading my roster
App stoped downloading my roster, every time it said “only 20%” downloaded. I did contact customer service but I had no luck getting the app to work. I have forgotten the app now as I don’t use it. I won’t subscribe further

Excellent user interface
The interface is very user friendly and the functionality fits my requirements. However, I wish there is an option to leave a comment or remark on my roster/schedule.

Useful and Practical App
Like using the app for its ease and practicality. Couldn’t care for the photo post function really, which I think should be accessible separately as a menu option, rather than on the main page.
