Wonderful gift!
This was ordered as an anniversary gift! The process was simple. Shipping was quicker than expected coming to Canada.
The look and quality of the canvas was fantastic. The only small issue was there was a tiny scratch at the top front of the canvas, likely from packaging that went unnoticed. I quickly contacted customer service, sent a picture and they reshipped a replacement. No issues what so ever! Lily was so helpful in customer service. The emails replies were prompt and always wanting to make sure we were happy. The replacement arrived and it is gorgeous! This will make for a wonderful gift for the couple! Thank you for a great experience!

What made my experience great was that I received my package the day before Christmas. It was a Christmas present so I definitely was worried about it. The customer service was with me the whole time on the tracking and making sure it arrived on time. Definitely would buy again!

This company is a total joke
This company is a total joke. Ordered a canvas in December for Christmas. Never arrived, stated lost in post. Then a new one was in production never arrived. Almost 4 months now and still nothing. Anybody wanting a canvas please avoid this shambles. Lies after lies.

I had ordered your product well before…
I had ordered your product well before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until late January even though the online add said get it in time for Christmas. Product was fine once it arrived, but need to improve on delivery.

I could not recommend CSTM canvas highly enough.
On 2 occasions i made a mistake with my order and the customer service to resolve this error which was my fault was fantastic.
When my canvas arrived i could not have been happier.
It looked amazing and arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased this item on November 23,2024. I received my item on January 20,2025. During the time, I just received lies after lies concerning this item. Pack your patience when you do business with this company. They have more lies than the product they sale.

I just got an email from custom canvas…
I just got an email from custom canvas saying they've issued a REFUND on my canvas that I've been waiting for since BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I have been told seven times by custom canvas that my product was in customs, being x-rayed, had the wrong address, blah blah blah, and now they're saying they issued a refund? Why would they do that if it's on its way and just being held up by customs for the 7th time? And why do you have an x-ray a canvas? Anyway, there was no refund deposited in my account. Nothing. Not surprised! Don't order anything from custom canvas people!

We truly apologize for the delay on your order and we have sent you a private message to resolve the issue. Upon checking, the order hasn't been updated since January 22nd which gave us an impression that the order is lost. We do not want to wait you any longer which is why we have processed your refund yesterday, February 3, 2025 and it is currently pending which is the reason why you still haven't received any notification from your bank that it has been processed. It takes 24 to 48 hours and can sometimes takes 7 business days to process refunds depending on your banks processing time. We do not wish to cause any inconvenience to you and we take full responsibility for any delays that the carrier is causing. We understand that it is our responsibility as well to choose the carrier we ship with and please know that this has been a learning experience for us as well and ensure improve our services in the future.
We truly value your business with us and we apologize for any trouble this experience has caused you. It would be much appreciated if you can respond to our email to ensure that everything is okay on your end. Thank you and we hope you have a blessed day! 🫶
