Beautiful quality. Came in the expected time frame. Easy to communicate with. I also made a mistake with my address but their customer service team helped me with out adding any delay to my order!

Such a beautiful canvas
Such a beautiful canvas, the build quality is actually really solid. Was easy to order too, took just over 2 weeks to arrive I think, which is great as they make each order to custom. I got a framed canvas.

The product itself is beautiful
The product itself is beautiful! I am absolutely certain my wife will love it! Shipping from Australia is a long process, taking a little over 3 weeks to get here. What frustrated me was that the delivery company did not pay attention to instructions written right into my shipping address to "deliver upstairs, M-F 8-5 only" and attempted delivery TWICE outside of those hours. Finally the third attempt was successful because they came within my business hours at my place of work. I had already emailed Cstm Canvas Customer Support about it this morning when it finally arrived an hour later. BUT, at least it arrived, in good shape, and it IS beautiful.

My daughter loved her canvas with her children's names and birth dates, I purchased it to give to my grandchildren so they could give it to her on Mothers day, it made her day very special. We have investigated what happened to your order, and we can see that you ordered way back in January, which, unfortunately, was returned to us due to an address issue. After this incident happened, a new order was shipped to you again last February, which happened to have the same issue as the first order. The order was returned to the sender due to an address issue.
