The company provided me with a bridging loan when banks proved difficult due to my age. John Symons the assigned advisor was extremely helpfull throughout, We have been able to downsize from a four bedroom house to a two bedroom bungalow and release capital for retirement. would recommend to anyone considering the same.

John totally understood my requirements from the first call and made the whole process totally effortless.

Having come across the website for Curzon Financial by chance following the collapse of my house sale i needed some very urgent advice and support in getting some finances set up to purchase our new home. David Brown discussed my needs and came back with some suggestions that would allow my to move to our new home. He listened to my urgent need to move and was very sympathetic and understanding to our situation. We needed to move from our home area and move to the new home so that we could support and eventually get our daughter and grandson out of refuge. David put us in contact with a solicitor who also turned out to be very helpful. David was always available and put my mind at rest whilst we arranged the bridging loan. He processed and pushed the process to allow us to move, even working on some of the details in the early hours of the morning. I can only recommend David very highly for his effort, support and determination.
