We're sorry for this unexpected shipping delay. We're unsure why your tracking isn't updating since we handed USPS the package on the 27th of Feb. Which would normally result in you getting your package around the 3-4th of March.

Our warehouse team will do their best to locate the package for you, if we are still unable to resolve this, we'll rush out a replacement!

Hi there,

We weren't able to locate your order or customer profile in our system to take a closer look.

Our subscription boxes ship based on the queue for each month. Though the order could be placed on the 1st of the month, it could ship on the 15th due to its placement in the queue.

For one-time purchases, orders ship within 1-3 business days except for the El Primo box of the current month which is tied to the shipping queue like subscription boxes.

The additional shipping fee does not affect processing speed, it only affects shipping speed once the carrier received your package.

If you think your order has taken longer than normal to ship out, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and they will be more than happy to look into your case and escalate it if necessary.

Your order was placed successfully and one of the 2 orders has already shipped. The remaining item should ship before the weekend.

It seems there was a typo when you entered your email at checkout, you typed it up as ".con" instead of ".com"

We fixed it for you and resent the confirmation emails.

Hi Alyvea,

We're sorry for the delay you're experiencing. You placed the order on December 19th, we had you package shipped out December 27th. Unfortunately we were unable to have the order sent out before Christmas.

Though the package was picked up by USPS on the 27th from our warehouse in NV, they did not scan it in their system until the 31st during transit in NJ. USPS have not added an estimate to the package delivery due to the high volume of packages being transported during this holiday season, but we believe your package should get delivered before the weekend.

You reached out to us on the 27th and our support team responded within 2 hours. On the 29th you requested refund and our team responded an hour later saying that since the package has been shipped, we can only process a refund after you refuse the delivery.

Are you not receiving our support emails? Please be sure to check your junk and promotions tab to avoid missing any of our correspondence.

Hi Juan,

It seems you missed our email back on the 27th of November, we've been waiting for your response to see how you would like to proceed.

Our boxes are subject to availability since we manufacture as much as we can to meet demand. Your box unfortunately didn't have a couple items and we had to replace them with other products.

We know how frustrating that is, but restocking these items depends on manufacturing times.

Our support team responded to your complaint with a recommended replacement, or if you would be willing to wait, we're going to be restocking the items we replaced in a few weeks (it's taking a little longer right now due to the holiday season)

We're looking forward to making sure you have a satisfactory DailyHighClub experience, going above and beyond is our norm.

Hi Rocky,

Tried requesting for more information so we can look into this for you, but TrustPilot has a 3-day period and it seems you weren't able to provide the info within that timeframe.

Not to worry, our support team are always here to help.
If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, then it could have been left with a neighbor, or placed in a hidden spot so nobody would see it.

If you're still unable to find it, then it could have been stolen :(
Just send us a quick email at care@dailyhighclub.com to let us know that you did not receive the package and we'll get this fixed up right away.

Hi Aaron,

We're sorry to hear that you are having troubles placing an order with us.

It seems that you've attempted to place an order with us twice. Since no order numbers were generated it seems that the payment failed.

If you take a look at your bank statement you should find the payments are pending, since when you initiate a transaction online, your bank takes the money out of your account while it gets processed. Since these payments were not successful, the fund should be released back into your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank's processing speed.

We advise you contact your bank to get a more accurate estimate.

We do not accept payment via PayPal, nor are we able to find an order under your name. We've sent you a request for further information.

According to your profile it seems you are in Germany.
We are DailyHighClub.com a US based company that serves the local market. We've been in business since 2015 building a strong brand presence. In 2022 a Dutch company started using the brand name dailyhighclub.nl - they are not affiliated with us in any way.

You can take a look at our website and you'll see that we have a different brand, logo and products.

We'd appreciate it if you could take this review down if that's the case. The Dutch company's profile is:

We are DailyHighClub.com a US based company, we serve the local market and don't offer our products in euros. Perhaps you made an order with the Dutch company that opened in 2022.

dailyhighclub.nl is not affiliate with us in any way. We (Daily High Club) were established in 2015, the Dutch company registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under the name Siebel Corporation B.V. was established in 2022. They chose to use the brand name "dailyhighclub.nl" which is easy to confuse with our brand, Daily High Club, that has been established for almost a decade.

Hi Lauren,

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this transitional period.

Our support team have been trying to reach you regarding your issue via the email address used to place the order. We explained the situation and how we can rectify it for you. We are awaiting a response with the option most suitable for you.

Unfortunately, due to some technical issues that we have been experiencing, our support team did not have access to all the tickets sent in. Therefore, we were only aware of the issue recently after we have identified the technical error and resolved it.

Our social media accounts are run by our marketing team. Due to the longer than normal response time our customers experienced during the technical difficulties, there has been a high volume of messages coming in various communication channels. Our marketing team did their best to try and forward all the complaints to our support team. Due to the sheer amount of messages, it was difficult for them to respond to every message, but I assure you that we did not intend to make you feel unheard or ignored. We're working diligently to get back to each and every one of our lovely customers.

Update: To address the update posted by this reviewer. The order was not made by her, therefore we reached out and resolved this case with her partner who had placed the order. We also CC-ed her in the initial communication.

This issue had been promptly resolved as per the customer's request and they reported being satisfied with the experience despite of the delayed resolution caused by our move to a new support ticketing system.
