I was delighted with the work carried out from the Office manager who was so helpful to the plumber Sean who worked hard to make sure he stayed in touch on the phone and that he did a good job and left the kitchen and bathroom so clean and tidy. I got the job done I had hoped for and would certainly use this firm again.

I had a boiler installed by Reece. He worked tirelessy and was so professional. Dale Saunders was recommeded to me and this is the second time using them. I would highly recommend them for their customer service too.

Without doubt we made the best decision ever to choose Dale Saunders Ltd to undertake the installation of a new kitchen. It involved removing walls, blocking up a door to outside, rewire, new flooring and a full complete kitchen. Highly regard Dale Saunders Ltd and would not hesitate in advising everyone to use them.

Recent upgrade to shower was completed to the highest standard, thank you to Jamie for his professionalism & hard work together with Tyler.
The site was left immaculate, very happy!

My family have use Dale Saunders Ltd on a number of occasions for home heating, boiler maintenance and plumbing. All the staff from the 'back office' to the engineers and plumbers have always been personable and professional; efficient and effective (they come when they say they're coming and get the job done); they are thoughtful and courteous. We would recommend them highly.

This is the second time I have used Dale and his team to install a bathroom. Again the work is completed to a very high standard and the bathroom looks fabulous. Although I had a few queries before and during the installation, these were answered quickly and with patience. Jay, Harrison and Dave the Electrician have all been courteous and gone the extra mile. I also have to say that the lily pad tiles look brilliant - thank you Grant!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have known Dale Saunders for a number of years , he replaced my boiler in a property I rent out every year since his company has insured that the boiler has been serviced on time ,my tenants always very pleased with the courtesy shown to them, as a landlord I need that sort of reliability .

From my initial phone enquiry to the engineer arriving promptly, completing the job efficiently and post job care, this company is second to none. Everyone I have come across is friendly and genuinely wants to help - and without trying to rip you off! Every email is dealt with at speed, with questions answered clearly and with obvious knowledge. You really do feel you are in safe hands. Contacted Dale Saunders as British Gas couldn’t attend a broken boiler for 10 days.
Arrived well within the time stated. Got the boiler serviceable again and advised on long term remedy. Came back as arranged following day at prearranged time. Boiler not working properly so happy days. Thank You

Today we had our new boiler fitted by Dale Saunders. Apart from the fact that it is so lovely to have heating again, I am also very impressed with the professionalism shown.
Sean who fitted our boiler has kindly repositioned it (within regulations) but so that it is far less imposing within the space available, the condensate pipe and electric cable are also very neat and much less obvious than before. None of this I had to ask for, It was just done as a matter of course.
I am very happy to recommend this local business and I will use them for their very competitively priced annual services.

First thing you do when your boiler plays up is panic. Well, not any more, now I know who to call. I called Dale Saunders. They arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all completed in half an hour. Their service is excellent, their staff are professional and polite, and their charges are fair and reasonable. I am very happy to recommend this Company.

Made a call at 1.30 for help following a bathroom leak. Arrived and sorted by 2.30

We called on Dale Saunders for a minor kitchen tap repair, successfully accomplished where other plumbers had failed (it was hard to get at and an unusual tap).
We had confidence in calling Dale in to advise on adaptations to mum's home (she has dementia and needs 24 hr care). Dale came in person and spent time discussing the possibilities, with realistic assessment of costs. We made a decision and Dale advised us on supplier - a further good recommendation. The work was done when we expected, at exactly the cost we were advised but not only that - the team consulted throughout the job where decisions were needed as regards placing of hand-rails, wiring and controls etc. They continued with the electrician until well after the close of business hours on a Friday in order to commission the appliance fully.
And not only that: when we realised an adjustment was needed for mum to be able to use the special toilet safely, I spoke to Dale and Jay was on site within half an hour of my call. The job was done in another 20 minutes.
I can't speak too highly of the service we feel the family has received and the confidence we would have, not only in the standard of work but in consulting Dale over all aspects of supply and installation.

I can’t rate this company high enough. They managed to fix my boiler despite another company telling me it needed replacing!
They were efficient, effective and respectful and I am extremely grateful to them as I’d been given some dubious advice.
I will always use them now.

I had a new shower and kitchen sink fitted. The service and workmanship from all the team was excellent. Dax visited to advise me on what was needed and found the black sink I wanted. Jay and Tyler did the work and arrived at 8 in the morning and worked all day. Jay even fitted a new splash back in the en suite when we realised the shower panels would not match the tiles. When finished they left everything clean and tidy. A very professional Company which I would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. While our house was being decorated, a leak was found through from the kitchen. The plumber came out in under an hour and within minutes had found the source of the problem. In under an hour it was fully repaired. Quick, courteous, professional ... all in all just great.

Second time in using this company and once again brilliant workmanship ..James you’re the best 👍🏽!
