Zamówiłem amortyzator ze sprężyna do BMW po nr. Oryginału. Na zdjęciu wyglądało bardzo dobrze dlatego zdecydowałem się na zakup. Cena była bardzo dobra jak również koszty przesyłki.
Część otrzymałem zgodnie z opisem i wyglądała bardzo dobrze ,tak jak na zdjęciach. Kontakt email ze sprzedającym bardzo dobry.
Jedynie mały minus za czas nadania przesyłki. Po nadaniu otrzymałem link do śledzenia paczki i dotarła w ciągu 3 dni do Polski
Polecam.

I have ordered a spare part new and after 10 days, only after that I contacted them I have been infomred that the part was not available. I asked to change the order then for a second hand part and they tolda me that I had to make another order which I did. Then after 5 min my order as been canceled as also the used part was not available. The webpage however still offers both new and second hand part for ordering. I give two starst only beacuse they replied to my email rather quickly.

Dass die Ware aus Litauen nicht in 2 Tagen geliefert werden kann. Knapp 14 Tage ist doch lange wenn man das Teil dringend benötigt.
Geliefert wurde ein Fensterheber bei dem ein Halter fehlte und eine Führung gebrochen war. Also leider nicht verwendbar, nur dauerhaft mit offener Scheibe fahren macht keinen Spass. Daher habe ich mir die Teile bei VW schnell besorgt um nicht noch einmal so lange warten zu müssen.
Nun habe ich lediglich erwartet dass ein geringer Betrag in Höhe der defekten Teile erstattet werden soll. Aber hier gab es überhaupt keine Bereitschaft von "Veronika". Nur immer wieder den Hinweis das Teil zurückzuschicken. Welcher Bastler baut schon gerne ein repariertes und funktionierendes Teil wieder aus? Ist es wirklich zuviel verlangt eine kleine Gutschrift zu machen? Liebe Leser bitte bewerten Sie dies selbst....mich hat es jedenfall geärgert.

part looked new, but when trying to install i noticed all mounting tabs were broken. i needed to glue the 3rd break light into the spoiler since i couldn't use the screws.

Very ridiculous and I've bought an item and it was saying it will arrive on the 12th of April as I've paid £13 for item and over £17 for delivery. I've tried to contact them and they won't answer my call or email, I've tried to text them via help section and they don't reply at all.
They doesn't show order in your profile. No information of what you bought etc at all. I've received tracking but it's been saying label created and that's all as there is no update on delivery from 2 days.

Stressful and wasting time. Please be careful with this company.

I've talked to my lawyer friend if I can sue this company to it's end.

So after ordering a headlamp for my car on 17th march I’m still waiting for delivery even after paying extra for delivery no help from partversal when I called yesterday just fobbed me off with it’s out for delivery

they dont stand behind what they sold and what they told

i found this website looking for electronical part of my VW ID3. i was a bit afraid at the beginning, but after a check with trustpilot i decided to buy. The product arrived in italy the day after (24h with e fedex express!) and it was perfect. so my experience deserve a 5 star rating! by the way, the price (included shipping) was one of the best i found on the web.

Do Not use this site!!!! I was sent a complete suspension strut assembly for my zafira, It arrived in a completely unusable state, the spring had corroded and snapped at the bottom, the lower suspension spring support had corroded so much it had a hole, the piston seal had a crack in it, the rubber bushing under the top mount had split through! The top mount itself had corroded so bad it was crumbling away and the bearing in the top mount was so worn it was grinding!!! All for over £40!!! basically scrap at best! Not one part useable, should never have been sold in the first place and not one fault listed on the description! Contacted them to be told they want the part back to check before I get my money back!! I sent numerous videos and pictures to show the faults and condition which im more than happy to send to anyone even thinking of dealing with them!
Still no refund 24/2/24 had to raise a paypal dispute... disgusting
