Outstanding service from the DA team!!

They've all been amazing and made it very easy process for me as a landlord finding suitable tenants. The team were quick responding and sorting everything and process was quick and stress-free. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Nadia is just brilliant. She really goes over and above the norm to offer truly top class support and advice - eg today I got an email from the council about property licensing and Nadia responded with a solution straight away. We actually swopped the management of the flat we let out to David Astburys from a different letting agency because of the dreadful service we were getting and the difference now with David Astburys is just so welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend their letting and management service.

Great experience with Elena Sarris as Property Manager, she has always been responsive and clear in her communications, and quick and efficient with all maintenance issues in the flat.

Spent 6 years in a property managed by David Astbury's and they were always incredibly responsive and very friendly. We particularly appreciated Elena, who was a delight to deal with throughout the tenancy and even after we left the property and had some admin issues to deal with. The experience has been very good, since Louanna became responsible recently for the property Management of my flat.
This coincided with preparing for my signing a new year’s rental agreement, now the 2nd one with my tenant(s), and she did a good job acting as a “go between” with my tenants and myself, sorting out a number of details.

I’ve used David Astbury agency to manage my portfolio for nearly a decade and am very happy on every level.
I must mention Nadia who oversees everything for me, very easy to deal with, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the letting market.

Very professional team, from the initial contact with Cheyenne. She was very helpful, accommodating to our requests and made herself available. Once we moved in Safa was appointed as our property manager and proved to be very efficient and prompt with dealing with issues with the property. Great service all round. Truly feels reassuring to have dedicated professional like them. It makes our life easier.
