Day wigs did not honor the return policy. they sent the wrong order. It will not honor the return policy by telling me that I would have to return the item to China, even though I bought it through their website, the item has been returned, and I have not received a refund. of over $100. I feel like I have been defrauded and they have not been honest. please be aware do not order from this company. Day wigs. A very disappointed customer thank you.

Be very careful ordering from day wigs. They are based outside of Hong Kong in China. Takes a month for the wigs to arrive. Forget about a refund, if something is wrong with the wigs. Plus, one would have to pay shipping cost back to China.

I never received my wig. This company is criminal. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I like the comment someone made about an attorney and a lawsuit. This company needs to be held accountable. I ordered a wig on January 5th, finally got it, and it was extremely poor Quality and looked nothing like the picture advertised. And it took forever to get to me. When I asked to return it, they tried to offer me $20 for a $90 wig. Each time I said no they tried to negotiate a new amount to give me telling me how expensive it was to send something to China. I decided to send it back to China anyways because I was not going to use it and I wanted a full refund. It wasn’t cheap to send to China, however, I am still waiting as of May 3, 2024 and it was mailed back to china on February 28th. It is still held up in customs! I asked for a phone number to contact Daywigs, but they said they had no phone number. Buyer beware! I’m almost ready to turn it into the Better Business Bureau.

This is an update to the review I sent last June. It has now been a year in April that I stared the process of sending the wigs back, paying the customs to send them back. Not cheap. The wigs were marked return to me and sent back to me. I emailed Day Wigs and now they won't even respond. Bottom line, they will not refund money back to you even though they send the incorrect color and style. The wigs are cheap knock offs of what they show on their website. Just a warning because they still owe me $401.98. Not counting the just under $60 that I paid in customs to send them back, only to have them returned to me. By the way, even though the wigs were sent to me fom the United States, they insist you send them back to an address in China eith you paying the customs.

Y'all please read the reviews before you buy from daywigs. If I had read the reviews 1st I never would have spent 154.00 on a wig with this company. I am a cancer patient and I wanted to get me a good wig that looked like my hair. I was so excited to get this wig. When it got here it was hiatus. It was not even the wig I ordered. And the advertisement said it was real hair but I don't think it was. The color was all wrong. I've got to get it cut in the style I wanted which will cost me 20 dollars and then have it dyed to the right color which is 50 dollars. So please please please read the reviews and take hed of them. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this company. I am so disappointed 😥 I tried to leave a picture but I couldn't get one attached to this review.

I ordered a wig and was nothing like picture shown.I returned it same day cost me over 10.00 to return only to receive it today with return to sender.The return policy was return with in 15 days.I would have gave a 0 rating but would not allow me.

Just like all the other reviewers' comments concerning complaints, it is a cat & mouse game they seem to enjoy because there is no phone to call and the email back & forths is the game they play. I ordered two wigs and of course one of them, the most expensive one was not what I ordered. So I followed the rules like everyone else going through their scam of pictures, etc, etc., However I got my lawyer who is working with the FTC, BBB, and the banks to try and stop this semi-illegal company from doing business. Start a claim/complaint with the FTC at their web site.Good luck

The wig I ordered is not what I received. It was advertised as human hair and I don't believe it is, it's ratty looking, is a different color than the original order and appears to be shorter. I sent an email complaint and was asked to send pictures so I sent a copy of the original order from the website and 3 pictures of what I received. The response I received said it may be a little messy due to being squeezed by the packaging and suggested I use a wide tooth comb on it "to make it look more comfortable".
I have requested a full refund and would return it postage paid. Well see what kind of response I get.

It’s a scam to return the wig.the wig was not like the picture also too large I contacted them email the day that I received the wig. I have been going back-and-forth for over 10 days now and it appears to me that they’re trying to get you run out of your 15 days of returning the wig. They are not cooperative they have not refunded your money and it is absolutely a scam, I don’t appreciate throwing away $180

I went on line to return wig and under description of why I am returning, I explained why (color and style wrong) and it kept telling me I needed to provide why I am returning. Tried several times and gave up! purchased december 21 2023 and arrived 1/6/24 and todays date 1/7/2024

Ordered wig 12/8/23, credit card charged 12/9/23, wig received in my mailbox 12/29/23. Note: it was mailed from an address in Los Angles. I contacted DAYwig 12/30/23 via email to say the wig does not fit, too big even though "petite" was ordered. Mega emails back and forth since then and they say they cannot provide a US address for me to return the wig to because they have no factory or stores in US - mail order only. The wonder is who took the wig into the address in Los Angeles and mailed it to me - it did not come direct from China. Offers of 15%, 17%, 25% I declined. They tell me the wig must be returned to a China address or no deal; I'm out $130.98. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The company name given on the China return address they sent me is Beishani not DAYwig. Another puzzle along with their denial of any US affiliation/distributor for me to send the return to. My date of experience started with my 1st email on 12/30/2023 and is ongoing as of 1/6/2024.

I was thrilled to get 3 human hair wigs on a sale price but still at $517 USD for three wigs. I followed up with the company because it takes awhile as they are made to order and sent from China I believe. I found out it had been delivered to my mailbox but the package must have been stolen as I confirmed with the USPS it had been delivered but I did not get it . The company told me they were covered by insurance but now tell me they want $450 in “materials” fee to replace them plus shipping. I’ll never buy from them or overseas again as a result of this experience. And I don’t have wigs that I need due to cancer treatment.

I finally received my “wig” if you can call it that It took 6 weeks to receive I couldn’t cancel at beginning when I saw all of their horrible reviews. They try to charge a large fee etc. my first review covers all this….the wig looks like a Halloween fake wig. It is not the same color and it looks horrible. Please everyone notify the Federal Trade Commission!!!! I did. Don’t buy anything from this place!!!!!

The arrival of the wig took about 3 weeks. When it arrived, it was flat, no cut or shape at all. I did not like the way it fit on my head, so I decided to return it for refund. They offered me 10% at first and I refused because their website said 'Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean or defective products by USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Returns made within 15 days upon receiving the shipment will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.' They said that I only 'earned' this much. I'm still trying to get my refund as of 07/27/2023.

Everything the other reviewers have related is true. I waited for 6 weeks before the piece came and then it was med. auburn NOT light ash brown. As far as style, it is not the wig that was pictured on the website. Because of all the issues the other people have had with lack of return policy I will keep it and donate it to the ACS. I have not worn it. BUYER BEWARE!!!
