Bought a wig based on the picture advertised on their website. Chatted with someone who sounded sincere and assured me I would like the wig and it would be exactly like the picture. Was shocked when I received the wig. Nicely packaged with a pretty bow in it. Smell like someone used the wig to wipe their behind. The quality look and felt like corn stalk with awful color and curls. $495 later. Can no longer reach these people to get a refund. How shameful!!! Buyers beware!!!

This company sold me a FAKE hair wig, advertising it as a real hair lace front wig. The wig I received was NOT real hair and NOT constructed with a lace front. The wig I received looked nothing like the one I ordered.
I chose to order from them because of their refund policy and because of their claim of real hair wigs.
They do not comply with their own return policy (which promises a full refund within 15 days, for any reason). After a month of back and forth emails they just went silent. FRAUDULENT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Wig is absolutely nothing like what you order. I don’t do reviews and you have been warned. Buy else. Really I had no expectations I actually told my sister I would order to see what I get. Don’t bother.

The wig was not real hair, was poorly made with 'glue' lines for a parting; the colour was not as shown and the 'petite' wig was too large. They won't accept returns or make refunds which is illegal in the UK for products purchased on line and not as marketed. It's disgraceful that they prey on those who are already undergoing distress and trauma through hair loss and chemo. I’m just sorry that I have to give them 1 star as a minimum as they don’t deserve any.

Terrible fake Howigs company never buy wigs on Facebook. Fake advertising...Fake comments about this company..Beware buying things on Facebook period....

My wife is going through chemo ,and realised she needed a wig asap,we purchased a wig through Howigs for £136 & £7 delivery charge , when the wig was delivered after a month of waiting ,it was of very poor quality and nothing like the wig we ordered, My daughter sent e 5 mails trying to get an address to return the wig ,the first reply from customer service offered us £20 refund and we could keep the wig the second reply was £30 ,the third reply was £40 ,and the last and final email they offered us £50 refund ,the wig is horrendous and unwearable, dont deal with Howigs , they are scammers, caused us a great amount of grief and stress , the return policy is a joke ,they are based in China.

Absolutely a joke of a company ordered a real haired wig for my mum who has lost her hair was sent something that looks like it was from a kids party shop not real hair at all. Looked nothing like what was advertised. I have been trying to get a full refund for months not happening. Paid £25 to send it back to now have the problem of them not accepting the parcel X5 and now it's lost in customs with no one able to give me any answers of the location of the wig. Now I am £110 out of pocket. Joke. Stay away at all costs.

I ordered a human hair wig with full lace cap. they said I need to wait about 2 weeks but it come after two months. I was really excited about it but I got synthetic hair wig with lace front cap and it was mixed with 3 cap types. also after I order it I decided to read a reviews about that company, everyone said that this company are big scamers. I wrote them and asked if my wig come real human hair, they said yes but they were lying to me. I was expecting the best but I got not what I ordered. Don’t mess with this company because they are big scamers and they will send you a synthetic hair (if you will order a human hair). I texted them that this hair are synthetic and I want my money back, I guess they don’t give them back but thanks god to payal:)

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered wig, changed my mind within 24 hrs and cancelled my order. Asked for refund, got more chance of winning the lottery. Their t&c's said if I cancelled within 24 hours I could have a refund. They have offered discounts 20%, 30%, 40%, discounts and free wig, but not a complete refund. Still not resolved and £150 out of pocket. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HOWIGS!!

I love my wig. The color is just the color I wanted. I have had more compliments on the style and color than I ever had on my wigs. I will always get my wigs from here.

avoid !!! ordered a silver hair colour short pixie cut human hair wig for my mom who has lost her hair to chemo, what arrived after spending over £120+ was awful, the wig had black hair with dark grey highlights. it was not a solid silver like the pic advertised on their website. it looked nothing like the picture in colour or style as the wig arrived looked nothing like a pixie cut more just a bad short hair style, when I contacted HOWIG to request a refund they said they cant, even though emails before purchase advised they will no questions asked. They are hardly replying to emails. ive had to open a paypal case to sort this out. absolutely disgusted at their product and manner as what arrived was nothing like the picture, shame I cannot attach a picture of the web site picture of the wig and what was received.

If I could give a zero I would. They are a scamming company. They do not sell you human hair wigs!!! And you’ll never get a full refund for their mistake. I PRAY THIS COMPANY GOES UNDER SOON FOR BEING LYING SCUM!

My wig arrived today. You know its bad enough loosing your hair, but to be scammed us even worse. Over £100 spent.

I was sent Donald Trump's wig. No returns policy what so ever. I was told that if I sent it back it would go missing.

I loved the color and fit
This purchase was my 4th try from theee different sites to find a wig that looked good on me. I loved the color and fit. I did have to have my salon trim it a bit but other than that I love it.
