Goede service

Een bestelling kwam beschadigd uit de doos.

Per omgaande weer een snelle reactie dat het artikel opnieuw zou worden opgestuurd met een bevestiging van de verzending.

Valt tegen

Snelle levering, maar de prijs-kwaliteit is niet goed. Zeer dure posters voor wat je krijgt, namelijk een A3 papiertje met vage bedrukking.

Very poor

Very poor.
I purchased a canvas with from this company. I of course understand that with buying online you may expect slight differences with the in person product to that of the website pictured product, however the item I received was completely different.
The canvas was pictured to be brown with a very small hint of soft green in certain places. When it arrived the whole image was predominantly green and not a soft green but a seemingly lime green which looked even worse mid day.
I sent this information to the customer care team along with pictures of the item. Unfortunately, they did not assist with my query and they still made me pay the delivery fee which is not acceptable considering the item is significantly different to what was expected.
I was of course happy to return the item however the fact they still made me pay the return fee is very very poor.
If you want to avoid disappointment do not shop here. Customer care team do not help either.

Thank you for your message. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to clarify that the delivery time of 2–5 business days stated on our website is indicative only. As clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, our company is obligated to deliver the goods within 30 days from the order confirmation date. This information is publicly available and can be found on our website.

According to our records, the parcel was returned to us as undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts. As the shipment was not collected, this situation is not considered a standard return, as the delivery process was initiated and completed on our side.

As the products were made to order, a 50% deduction was applied to cover production and handling costs. In line with our Terms and Conditions, customers are required to accept delivery of their order. If a parcel is not collected or is refused, a non-collection fee is applied.

We apologize for the complications this situation may have caused. However, in this case, the applied charges are in accordance with our stated policies.

Ik heb een gekreukte poster geleverd gekregen. Klantenservice al 3 dagen telefonisch onbereikbaar. Schakelt direct over op voicemail. Ik heb een dag na levering ook al een mail gestuurd met dit verhaal. Helaas geen enkele reactie. Dan maar even op deze manier. Ordernummer 26658572. Ik hoor graag van jullie.

Wegens interne redenen zijn wij momenteel helaas niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Onze excuses daarvoor. We vinden het erg vervelend om te horen dat je een gekreukte poster hebt ontvangen. Dat is uiteraard niet de bedoeling. We staan vanzelfsprekend klaar om dit netjes voor je op te lossen.

We hebben je e-mail gecontroleerd en zien dat wij op 26 januari al op je bericht hebben gereageerd. Het is mogelijk dat deze e-mail in je spam- of ongewenste map is terechtgekomen. Zou je dit willen nakijken?

We horen graag je reactie via de e-mail, zodat we samen tot een passende oplossing kunnen komen.

Pakket nooit aangekomen

Mijn pakket is nooit aangekomen bij het pick up point. Hier melding van gemaakt. Desenio geeft in eerste instantie aan dat dit vervelend is en dat ik mijn geld terug krijg. Vervolgens toch niet want ze zeggen dat het nooit is opgehaald. Dus geld terug -20 euro. Screen shots etc moeten sturen van eerder mail contact met hen. Maar blijven bij hun punt. Gevraagd te bellen, maar dat gebeurt niet. Alle reacties zijn in het Engels.
Schandalig, ze starten ook geen onderzoek etc.
Dus ze stelen 20 euro.

Terrible print quality

Terrible print quality, if you look from the poster a bit closer you can see how bad it is printed. I have other posters from other providers to compare to, and there is a big difference. Their support is not that helpful though.

High-quality art with something for every style

I’m honestly so happy with my experience with Desenio. The quality of the prints exceeded my expectations — the paper feels premium and the colors are beautiful, crisp, and true to the photos online. Once I put them up, they completely transformed my space and made it feel more finished, cozy, and personal.

What I love most about Desenio is the variety. There truly is something for every home, every style, and every color palette. Wrong Measurements Listed

They say their measurements are in centimeters and that’s why they “round up”. So be cautious what size frame you buy. My frame literally states it is 12x16in and then when I got it it was 11.6in or something like that. And they have customers pay for returns. They responded that they are “European and use centimeters.” Well then don’t list it in inches. List it in centimeters. Somehow they figured out the calculation to inches on the actual product, but not on the website. The product itself is cheaper than I expected too.
