We’re very sorry that the item you received wasn’t correct and apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

As soon as the issue was raised with us, a return was arranged and we can confirm that the item has since been returned and a full refund has been issued.

We’re disappointed that we didn’t get things right on this occasion, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention and have passed the issue on to our team.

While we were pleased to resolve the initial delivery issue, we're sorry that the replacement item was sent in the wrong size. We are very sorry to read this feedback and disappointed to hear you feel this way following your previous orders with us.

As a pre-owned company, stock availability can occasionally change quickly and, on rare occasions, courier or inventory issues can unfortunately affect dispatch times. However, we completely understand how frustrating this is from a customer perspective, especially when experienced more than once.

We always aim to communicate updates as quickly and clearly as possible and never intentionally inconvenience our customers. All affected orders were refunded where required and we sincerely apologise that your recent experiences did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
