I wouldn’t recommend, no confirmation after placing my order and I’ve emailed 3 times and no response, when I put my order number into tracking it says it’s not been shipped or my emails wrong. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order. Not impressed at all!

Avoid like the plague . Terrible company . They give you a time for when your parcel will arrive . It spent more time vacation in mainland China than being delivered . After waiting too long I said don’t want it so don’t deliver . Then it arrives . I mail again and say don’t want it and collect it’s. After 5 emails being ignored they get back and say “why you not wanting it as it’s not faulty” I explained again I cancelled and it took 3 weeks over the due date and to collect and refund . Back to being ignored again . DONT USE . They don’t care about anything but money .

I ordered the necklace on 24th November and shipping should have been 6 days and still not received the item. Sent several emails with no reply. After tracking the item it said it has been trying to deliver but no one in, which is a complete lie as I was in all day on the said date. Just tracked again and saying back at the delivery hub as problem with address, how can this be if they "tried" to deliver a couple of days before?!... don't believe this is a true site and is fake, they clearly take your money and then no commination. I am trying to get a refund but I doubt i will get anywhere with this. Please be careful before purchasing from this site.

Terrible service, waiting over two months now. No response to my email. Tracking number they gave was fake. I think this is a scam website. Do not buy

My order was placed on 29th October. As of today 29th November I still haven't received it. When I placed the order shipping was stated as being up to 14 days.

Edit - Thank you for your reply. You are correct. The necklace was delivered coincidentally on the date I wrote my review and is lovely. It is a shame you promised delivery times and couldn't stick to them As mentioned in other reviews, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took you 8 days to reply to one of my emails but you were very quick to entertain a poor review which could have been avoided altogether.

I ordered a bracelet in June and after months of sending emails, I still have no bracket and no refund as promised. I have sent numerous emails and still no communication back. I am really disappointed.

I'm giving 1 because you can give 0 took my money no jewellery has to be at least a year or more emailed that many times tried to get in touch many times nobody let's you know what's going got no reference number nothing DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.......

Commande passée le 29/10/2024 d'un collier. Paiement par carte validé et collier jamais reçu. Deux mails envoyés au service client. Une réponse au premier me disant que le colis était en transit et le dernier sera resté sans réponse. Je déconseille vivement ce site !

I have still not received my necklace or a refund 3 months later. Just says order being processed. Lack of support. I have just emailed customer support again

I placed an order for a three-layer chain and was informed it would take 4-8 days for delivery. After 8 days, I reached out to the company and was told it would arrive within 3 business days. It has now been two days past the new delivery date, and I still haven’t received my order. I requested a refund, but the company has not responded to my messages. This lack of communication is making me question the legitimacy of the company.

Only the delivery takes some time, but it worths to wait

I didn’t mind waiting for up to 1 month as long as I receive it, but lo and behold, the item was different. The three layers was one with the three names on it. Not reliable. Will not return lest I lose my money altogether

Placed the order almost a month ago and never got any updates
When i contacted them they apologized that they Didn't receive my order because of unsuccessful payment
While the payment was made with no issues and already showing in my bank statement which i sent them
But never got any response from them
Not sure if its fraud or they have the worst service ever.

After this review the customer service reached out to me professionally and solved the issue
I received the item its as expected and i love it really good quality
I wish they work on improving their customer service otherwise it's deserves more than 3 stars.

Website was easy to use and the necklace looks great now it's arrived very happy with everything, great value for money also.

When my address was wrong this company got in touch with me to correct it. The necklace o ordered is beautiful for a great price!

The necklace is absolutely beautiful. It took about 1 and half weeks to come. I'm in love with it
