Great turnaround and it turned out beautiful names are clear and beautiful

Placed order took weeks to arrive. Disappointed with the colour very dull cheap silver nothing like the picture, the names on the necklace dark with tiny letters unable to read. Emailed this information took a
Couple more weeks to reply asked for photos which i sent, heard nothing since sent numerous emails for update. Recommend not to order from this company and they are based abroad.

Ordered a necklace for mothers day and it never arrived so got in contact and was told i will receive a refund as my order has been lost still no refund ive emailed but no reply. I ordered this the 18th of feb 2024 worst company ever

I just received my order. It did take ages, but it arrived. Put on the necklace and it literally broke within 20 minutes. I have sent an email regarding this, however, to have a necklace be of such bad quality that it breaks within minutes makes me think I should have chosen another supplier.

Ordered on 10th february, it's 7th march still haven't received. It says, delivery is 3-5 business days

Ich warte seit Juli 2023 auf meine Bestellung. Online wurde mein Bestellstatus regelmäßig verändert, jedoch ohne Lieferung. Der Kundenservice antwortete sehr spät, dass mein Paket angeblich verloren ging und machte eine neue Bestellung für mich. Auch diese ist nach Monaten noch nicht angekommen. Per EMail werde ich seither nur mehr vertröstet, noch weiter Geduld zu haben. Werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten und nie wieder von Diamofy bestellen!

I ordered two necklaces and one bracelet for gifts for my children, this was back in November 23 I have contacted the company by email and no response, tracking numbers say's delivered, this may be a spam company :-) very unhappy - even a response from 9 emails would have been ok.

I ordered with my daughters name.It arrived in a small case and it’s so lovely.

The necklace I ordered for my daughter was beautiful alot better than expected came in time for Xmas really quick delivery was really happy with post and necklace

Delivery date's on time even this Xmas season.gave the lovely necklace to my sister in law with her kids name on it.and she love it!

The result came out exactly the same as the samples on the internet.
The delivery was fine within date limits

Ordered 5th October for my wedding 29 December. I wanted to have something cute to give my partners kids.
They sent me a bogus tracking link, then said it was delivered even though the tracking link could not show any sort of travel path/they couldn't tell me where it was delivered but they would send a new one out of good will. I explained my wedding/what I need it for. Surprise surprise, same tracking website (if you actually google 17track website & put your tracking number in,it doesn't recognise your tracking number).
Reporting this to my credit card company today & informing people everywhere I can so hopefully you don't have scammers money too

It is first time I ordered from Diamofy, and it was very professional way and very easy select the item and smooth making the order
I am waiting for my first necklace and sure will make new order after that
