Avoid these cowboys!
Been trying to get a refund since last Christmas 2022, sometimes I still reply to their promotional emails and still nothing. Terrible customer service! High chance of you just losing money with these

I regret to say that my experience with Diamofy has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed two orders a few months ago, and I have yet to receive the items. According to the company, my package has been delivered not once, but twice, despite me being at home both times with no sign of any attempted delivery.

The lack of accountability and transparency in their delivery process is utterly appalling. It is frustrating to receive notifications claiming successful deliveries when the reality is far from it. This has resulted in not only inconvenience but also a complete loss of trust in the company's ability to fulfill orders.

Despite my attempts to address the issue through communication with their customer service, the problem persists. There seems to be a severe disconnect between what the company claims and the actual service provided.

I find it unacceptable that after such a dismal experience, I am left with undelivered items and no resolution in sight. I have requested a refund for the two orders, but even that seems to be a challenging process.
My advice to potential customers is to steer clear of Diamofy unless you are willing to risk your time, money, and patience on a company that fails to meet the most basic expectations of reliable delivery. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Received first order second irder hasn't arrived I have emailed 7 times regarding this and messaged on the messenger platform but have had nothing not impressed!

Made a purchase for a necklace on the 14th November still had no comfmation order number and haven't responded to any emails sent. Avoid at all cost.

Although the product I ordered was beautiful, the delivery and communication side of things let it down. My tracking number didn’t work, so couldn’t track my order, there was no updates on my order unless I contacted customer service. From order to delivery was nearly a month.

Ordered a silver necklace with mam and dad picture engraved on it . Was very cheap and didn’t think it be that good .
But was l wrong it is so good the quality of the picture on necklace is exactly the one l uploaded. It’s a fantastic item and would recommend it a 100 per cent . It’s a gift for my mother for Christmas and l know she be over the moon with it

Ok its a lovely piece when came stunning in future need to order it way sooner as took along time to come.as was for birthday present.

Ordered a while back, then finally got a tracking code so I checked over the next few days to see what stage it was at. I then checked and it said attempted delivery at this time so I checked my doorbell camera to see how I had missed them as I’d been home all day. They hadn’t attempted delivery so I sent two emails got no response then I checked the tracking and they have returned it back to themselves. Haven’t received a refund as of yet as they haven’t replied. I wouldn’t order from them again as this was a birthday present and I waited so long and now don’t have my daughters gift.

I have purchased five necklaces and they were all beautiful, unfortunately the chain broke on the last one as I was removing it from the gift box. I contacted Diamofy to inquire if I could purchase another chain. I was asked to provide a picture of the broken chain and must to my surprise they offered to replace the entire necklace. Excellent customer service.

Necklace is great. People have commented on the uniqueness of it. I had a fault on mine which they fixed without any issues. Very grateful for that. Due to their customer service i will be ordering this for gifts.

The orders I placed appear to have been delivered in the cargo, but the order was not delivered to me. They said they would send me the same product again. I will edit the star and review again when I receive the product.

All complaints about delivery times, you do know they are sent from China hence why its so cheap, for the sake of 10-20 pounds for a lovely engraved piece of jewelry why would u even moan, cost me 7.99 for 3 beads engraved with 2 sons and partners names and I'm happy to wait a month for the price, no one is ever happy
If ur buying for a present check wetenots coming from before assuming you will just get next day delivery then moan iys not arrived in time, you've known about this birthday since last year so should of ordered sooner haha

product was great however took over three weeks to deliver to me, which is disappointing as was a birthday present.

also emailed them regarding a previous item i had which had gone rusty and wanted to just get another leaf and circle, however no response regarding this.

Liars! They are now saying that they have issued a refund when they haven’t. They aren’t even replying to emails! Do not trust them at all!! They will take your money and reliever faulty items!
