Overall very happy with the service only issue is with the text message service. Twice I was told I would receive a text with information but they never got sent so some information was received later than it should be.

Not as straight forward as I would have wanted but got there in the end on our amazing house

Direction Law offered us excellent service during our first home buying experience. They work in teams which makes the case easy to follow. Transaction time was very good and we were ready to complete in 6-7 weeks. The price was competetive as well. Any isssue we had was resolved quickly and we would get response in very short time, either over email or SMS. We are happy with overall support provided by Direction Law. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Really helpful and really quick to get back to me

I echo what others have said. Total lack of communication, spent time constantly chasing and when answers did come back they were ambiguous or unhelpful. I felt I was constantly being an irritation. I finally completed this week but have now been left with a boundary dispute that should have been flagged up. My experience was stressful and scary. I’ll reiterate, communication is key - if you don’t know the answer or can’t be bothered to provide it this may not be the job for you.

I have just completed today after a bad experience with another solicitor. Jaswinder handled my case and he was fantastic! Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date. What I was mostly impressed with, was when ringing Jaswinder, he would pick up in a matter of seconds and always return calls immediately. I would recommend Direction Law to anyone. Thank you!

I am a first time buyer and Jaswinder handled my file and from start to finish he was great, I had a lot of questions and he ensured he came to me on them all very quickly, I was kept informed at every stage of the process and completion went smoothly!

I am at the top of a chain. I cannot exchange because Direction Law who representthe buyer at the bottom of the chain have not responded to requests from lawyers and estate agents and their client to proceed to exchange. In addition they made amazingly fundamental mistakes in obtaining the documentation

I am contemplating making a formal complaint to the law society about their conduct. To potential and existing clients, caveat emptor

My experience has been dreadful. The assumption is that the client buys and sells properties all the time, there is no explanation on terminology or process. Plus phone line always unavailable and no real understanding of how stressful the situation can become. Silly typos create different completion dates causing a whole array of stress and no apology or accountability.

I am dreading the next two until completion and know I will be completely clueless to how completion day even goes.

Great, helpful team led by Arash. James and Sophie were wonderful throughout the purchase of my first property and maintained regular day to day contact with updates on everything happening. Always professional and always went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Definitely recommend

Georgia Cushion supported me with my quote and was extremely helpful- nothing was too much effort and she also supported me in identifying hidden costs in other quotes I had received- which she didn’t need to do. She took time and care going through everything with me.

Mariah Arshad has been my case manager and again nothing has been too much trouble, Mariah has supported me every step of the way- and I have not had to chase anything. Mariah has always been one step a head and has lead to a smooth and timely house purchase. Again Mariah has always responded within a few hours (if not sooner) to any queries I have had (there have been a few) which has put my mind at ease throughout what is deemed a stressful process.
