Shannon Patrick the End of Tenancy Property Manager who dealt with my property went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly. She sorted all issues quickly and efficiently and was very helpful answering my questions and getting me connected to the people I need. Thank you Shannon.

The will do everything they can to keep every penny of your deposit - be aware! They will create charges just to avoid paying you back even if you leave the flat spotless.

Laura Mctaggart was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive at every stage, especially when we were working against a very tight deadline.

This move was particularly important because it was for my parents, who are both elderly, and it was an extremely stressful time for our family. Laura went above and beyond to keep everything moving, kept us informed throughout, and did everything she could to help get everything over the line in time for key exchange.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference during what could have been an overwhelming experience. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients.

Emma at DJ Alexander could not have been more helpful! We attended a viewing for a flat which we loved, and which Emma was the viewing agent for. When we were slightly unsure of the application process she took the time to speak with us and explain what should be included. We had great help from the general team, particularly Hayley too! Had a lovely flat that we really enjoyed living in for the year as students. DJ Alexander however often failed to fix issues that we informed them about, or it took them months and months. In the end, our deposit was halved on return to us, despite the report we were sent indicating good cleanliness. And Alison at DJ Alexander despite furthering the process along ignored our frustrations.

Coming from England, we didn't know the process of buying in Scotland, but Caitlyn Meaney really took time to explain everything and guide us along the journey. It wasn't an easy one, as we had a few bids rejected, but she was always really patient with us, and we finally bought our dream home. Then Kerry Temple managed to close the process in just 5 weeks, which was incredible and again her attention to detail made sure we understood everything involved. Really pleased with the whole service; couldn't have wished for more.

In the process of renting my first flat in Edinburgh as a fresh graduate, and Cameron Lindsay has been a great correspondent- providing prompt and really helpful guidance on accepting an offer! We’re renting through DJ Alexander and had a maintenance issue with the gas hob in the property. Lizzie Mackenzie, Property Relationship Manager, responded helpfully and suggested a practical fix, including a clear video example. The issue was resolved quickly without needing a visit.

The agent Katie was lovely at the viewing and was very knowledgeable followed up by Connor who was able to answer any questions i had and make the process less stressful.

Adam Sweeny came to inspect my flat and was really helpful at talking me through some concerns I was having. He took his time to check everything over and truly is an asset to the team.
