I am a landlord and recently worked with Emma Fairgrieve to resolve an issue. She was efficient and it's all been resolved to my satisfaction. My thanks to her.

I have used DJ Alexander for many years to manage the letting out of my Edinburgh flat .
Recently I have been lucky to work with a new member of the Maintenance management team ….Xavier ! He has been managing some complicated work on my flat and is an absolute pleasure to work with.Xavier is so quick and efficient in his communication and detailed in his approach ….actually the best contact I have ever had at DJ.

DJ Alexander have managed a property for me for 3 years and are now handling the sale, I could not recommend them enough! Every department I have dealt with have been so helpful and efficient, they really make everything so easy! I will not hesitate to use them in the future and I would like to give a special shout out to Leandra in the Edinburgh sales team who went above and beyond to help me this morning.

I would just like to say a big 'thank you' to the Balmoral team, and especially to Jessica for all the help and effort they have put in. Jessica really seemed to understand the urgency needed to sort out the issues, and was in regular contact with me to keep me up to date and arrange what needed to be done very professionally.

I had a really positive experience with DJ Alexander throughout the end of my tenancy. Kaylee Edwards, End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. She kept me informed throughout the deposit return process, answered my questions promptly, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Her communication was excellent, and she was always courteous and efficient. I really appreciated her support and the smooth service she provided. Thank you, Kaylee, for making the end of my tenancy such an easy experience.

The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, and Dora Alves was in communication throughout which was helpful.

My issue to do with emergency repairs was quickly and pleasantly dealt with by Saif Tufail, Property Relationship Manager.

My two friends and I were assisted on a veiwing with Connor, he was so lovely and helpful with answering any questions we had as well as explaining how the next steps of applying for the flat would continue. He also gave us great advice in general with our application!

Connor Quinn provided a great service for us, he told us every detail we needed to know and never left us confused! I would definitely recommend him to others looking for housing!

Although my previous experience with DJ Alexander has been disappointing regarding repairs, I’d like to recognize the great service I received recently from Saif.
He took full ownership of the issue and ensured the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. His communication was prompt, clear and professional throughout and he kept me updated at every stage. He turned a frustrating situation into something straightforward.

The will do everything they can to keep every penny of your deposit - be aware! They will create charges just to avoid paying you back even if you leave the flat spotless.

Laura Mctaggart was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive at every stage, especially when we were working against a very tight deadline.

This move was particularly important because it was for my parents, who are both elderly, and it was an extremely stressful time for our family. Laura went above and beyond to keep everything moving, kept us informed throughout, and did everything she could to help get everything over the line in time for key exchange.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference during what could have been an overwhelming experience. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients.

Emma at DJ Alexander could not have been more helpful! We attended a viewing for a flat which we loved, and which Emma was the viewing agent for. When we were slightly unsure of the application process she took the time to speak with us and explain what should be included. We had great help from the general team, particularly Hayley too! We were completely reassured and put at ease.

Marie was the most helpful agent I could ever ask for. She guided me through the entire process and was so kind. Loved talking to her <3 She is great and so approachable. She made my overall experience with DJ Alexander so much better, as this is my first rental. Thank you
