We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Collected the car and delivered back to the door like new. Always someone available to talk to on their helpline for advice and they kept regular contact to let me know how repair was going.

Could not fault them
Could not fault them, they gave me information as neccessary. The Assessor informed me what was happening and how long it would take. In fact the repair was done and the car was delivered back earlier than expected.

Still waiting for a minor repair to my car following theft damage
Still waiting for a minor repair to my vehicle , needs a new clip on the battery after disconnect during attempted theft. They would have got 4 Stars from me if this had been done. Only a minor inconvenience but enough to make my experience far from perfect.
